Who is the best Receiver in Michigan’s Class of 2027?

It's honestly been a while since I scouted Dakota in person, but with all of his offers, I have zero reason to believe he isn't worlds better than when I watched him a couple years ago. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Great size, great speed, long arms, and a natural route runner. Recently, Chad received an offer from Michigan, and I know that team doesn't give out offers easily. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>His tape shows great release and a whole lot of speed on deep/intermediate routes. There are also a couple moments of tremendous concentration as he comes down with contested catches. I really think that Michigan offered because of how dang explosive Chad looks at times. He's also a very similar player to Chad, who I talked about above.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Britton excels at running those deep/intermediate routes and absolutely burning man-to-man coverage. There are several plays on Charles' highlight tape where he receives a ball wide open down the sideline or in the middle of the field. On top of that, I love his hands- Charles is able to lay out and catch hard-to-reach balls consistently. Right now, he's one of the most polished receivers in the class and I'm not shocked that Michigan sent out an offer. Will he end up holding this ranking? Might be tough after next season (things get shaken up a LOT after Junior seasons). However, I think Boyd has a chance to really stand out this off-season and next season. Over the past year, Boyd has impressed at a few offseason camps, including midweek MACtion and our Prep Redzone 7on7 in Ohio. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>He's small, but very shifty. Good route runner. Good hands. This dude is a magician when given an opportunity to showcase his skillset. His route running, hands, and all-around quickness rivals the best players in this class. Still just waiting for Tyden to hit a hot streak. His time will come, and I'm remaining patient. The biggest thing about Dorian is that I only discovered him recently, and I've seen very little tape. Speaking of his tape, Dorian runs a lot of comebacks right at the sticks. He's a good possession target in that regard and runs the route decently well. There are other instances of OK route running, then I can tell he tries hard to fight through contact, but he needs to get better in that regard. This offseason, I'd love to watch Dorian compete in person. If he's good enough to earn an offer from Miami (OH), I have little doubt that he'll impress me at an offseason workout. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
