Neubauer does a little bit of everything on the outside for the Fire. Primarily a corner in the Holy Family defense, he looks outstanding as a press corner. He gets a good initial jam but then can quickly swing his hips and get into cover mode. He plays the run well – using his hands well to get off blocks. Neubauer has good instincts when playing off coverage. Offensively, he has quickness both as an outside receiver and as a threat on end-a-rounds. He even shows well on special teams as a kickoff returner and as a threat coming off the edge on the field goal block team.

Halvorson is a long-striding runner with the speed to get to the edge of a defense. He is most effective when he can be used as a one-cut-and-go runner. That type of running style makes him a dangerous kickoff returner, and he showed that on a 98-yard touchdown return during the regular season. Halvorson doesn't line up in the traditional running back position. He usually lines up on the wing, outside the tight end, and flexed a couple of yards into the backfield. Most of his carries are on jet sweep-type action or an outside pitch as he comes across the formation behind the line of scrimmage.

Wiseman has solid power behind his first few steps out of his stance. He is quickly into the offensive lineman but is under control. While he has good speed for an interior defensive lineman, I was most impressed by his ability to use leverage to stone blockers and get them to stop in their tracks or even move backward on first contact. Wiseman uses his hands well when engaged with blockers. He is able to create enough separation to get linemen off his body, which helps to get him into open space. He is best going forward, but has good feet – allowing him to get down the line of scrimmage effectively.

When Altavilla can stand in the pocket, he can rip balls downfield with anyone. He drives the ball downfield – often on a line without much loft to allow defenders to recover. He is not just a pocket passer; he throws well on the move and has almost as much power on his throws as when he can set his feet. He has good creativity in the pocket and can keep plays alive longer than most quarterbacks – sometimes using multiple arm angles to get a completion. When the pass is not there, or if his name is called in the running game, Altavilla is not looking to get out of bounds; he is looking to make a move on someone or punish a potential tackler.

Curry has good size and a good arm to go with that size. He doesn't need to be able to step into his throws to push the ball downfield and takes advantage of that strength by staying in the pocket long enough to find an open receiver even when taking a hit without being allowed to step into his throw. Curry is decisive when finding his receivers in the mid-range. He has good touch near the goal line, and although he doesn't seem to look to run, he is not afraid of putting the ball away and picking up yards on the ground.
