In our updated rankings, Brede rose into our top 100 and 66 spots. Brede proved to be a monster to deal with over the season. His ability to move in open space and lead block is lethal. As a tackle, Mentor pulled him from the left side between the center and right guard on counter runs that opened massive gaps. He has very strong arms and knows how to manipulate defenders very well.

DeVito's play on the field this season earned him a 30-spot jump, just outside of our top 100. DeVito is the best athlete at quarterback I have seen in a long time at the high school level. He could play at any skill position on offense or defense athletically, but he has the ability to be a quarterback even with his elite athleticism. He has a ripping ball trajectory that gets balls to his weapons quickly, and he processes throughout the play very well.

McCaleb rose 46 spots in our rankings update. McCaleb's ability to choose a lane and gas up is a massive asset for himself and the Painesville Riverside offense. He can act as a power back and also an elusive back. He has great pad level and a strong lower body to fight off and through defenders. His ability to fight through tackles opens up his east-to-west abilities as he can make defenders look silly while he cuts past you and explodes.

Harris was the focal point for the Westerville Central offense, and his play helped him jump 28 spots and into our top 50. Harris is a gritty player who can work downfield and get up to the catch point, or he can lead block for the running attack. He is elusive and can make magic out of dire situations. He is a patient runner who can explode when given the chance. When given targets from screen passes, he was dangerous as he could get loose in open space. He is also a weapon on the special teams unit as a returner.

Gray was pivotal in Africentric's success, and his play over the season earned him a 25-spot jump in our rankings. Gray uses his size very well, as he is a contested catch monster for the Nubians. With his ability to catch the ball deep down the field, he pairs it with a smooth short route release, where he can get open quickly for short scores. He is gifted athletically and does play wide receiver at times in the Africentric offense.
