The dual-threat quarterback for Shelby High School throws a very accurate deep ball and hits receivers in stride. His dual-threat athleticism will be highly-valuable in college football offenses.

DeVito’s play on the field this season earned him a 30-spot jump, just outside of our top 100. DeVito is the best athlete at quarterback I have seen in a long time at the high school level. He could play at any skill position on offense or defense athletically, but he has the ability to be a quarterback even with his elite athleticism. He has a ripping ball trajectory that gets balls to his weapons quickly, and he processes throughout the play very well.
