2026 Washington (PA) QB/ATH [player_tooltip player_id='955778' first='Tristan' last='Reed'] is ranked as a Top 40 quarterback by our PA site but earned WR MVP honors at the Winter Exposure Showcase on Sunday night. Reed is a very long athlete in the 6'4-6'5 range which created issues for the defensive backs in attendance at the camp. Reed has a long wingspan and a large catch radius with the athleticism to go up and get the ball. To no surprise, he's a dual-threat quarterback when watching his game film doing so under center and out of the shotgun. His ceiling may be higher as an ATH prospect compared to QB as Reed has the measurables and athleticism to develop into a high-level receiver in college.

Our #1 ranked 2027 WR [player_tooltip player_id='1154937' first='Kaleil' last='Lewis'] from University put his ranking on display at the Winter Exposure Showcase and earned one of the WR MVP awards. Lewis stood out among the receiver group right away and passed the eye test in person from a physical standpoint. You can tell he has the frame to still add considerable size over the next two and half years of his high school career. Lewis is a gifted natural athlete who is still just scratching the surface of his ceiling as a football prospect and will likely have college basketball options as well. His combination of size and athleticism made him one of the top 1-on-1 performers of the night and was a tough matchup for the DB group to defend.

2026 Parkersburg WR [player_tooltip player_id='894732' first='Tytan' last='Parsons'] had a very good night at the camp and earned a WR MVP award for his performance. Parsons is another physically impressive young athlete who is still growing into his body. He has quality ball skills for his size and moves fluidly for a bigger receiver. Parsons was one of the top 1-on-1 performers in both the open field and goal line portions of camp. He got some run on varsity this season for the Big Red and should be poised for a breakout senior year in 2025.

The University Hawks were double-dipping on Sunday night for WR MVPs with 2026 WR [player_tooltip player_id='1270648' first='Logan' last='Deel'] also taking home one of the spots. This was our second time seeing Deel in a camp setting as he also competed at the PRZ WV Combine during the spring and he's improved since last getting eyes on him. Deel carved out a role on the Hawks' varsity team this season which has a deep and talented young receiver group and should break out as a senior next year. He's a developed route runner with some twitch to his game that showed up when coming out of his breaks. Deel is an under-the-radar 2026 prospect to tuck away and keep an eye on next season.

Some eye-catching 2028 prospects were in attendance at the Winter Exposure Showcase on Sunday night and Uniontown (PA) WR Nathan Hice was one of the more notable ones. The freshman receiver picked up one of the WR MVP awards, which was impressive to watch for a young athlete. He's a smaller receiver in the 5'7 170 range right now, but Hice has some real juice to his game and is physically developed for his age and size. Hice was explosive in his release and out of his route breaks which made it nearly impossible to defend 1-on-1 paired with his size as well. He also showcased quality ball skills as well and proved he could go up and get the ball at his size.

Another 2028 receiver who caught my eye at camp was Pittsburgh Central Catholic WR [player_tooltip player_id='1182141' first='Matthew' last='Brodzinski']. The young pass catcher was impressive in 1-on-1s and seemed to win every rep that I saw from him. Brodzinski can become more explosive in his route running which is exciting given he got consistently open and a step on his man throughout the night. However, he does a great job finding open field and keeping defenders uncomfortable. Brodzinski won several contested catches during the night and flashed some very reliable hands that hauled in everything thrown his way.

I thought 2025 Black River (OH) WR Alex Woolfrom had one of the best performances of the night regardless of position and was dominant in 1-on-1s. I had him marked down as one of the highest winning rep totals in both portions of 1-on-1s and excels in that environment. Woolfrom is an undersized athlete in the 5'7 140 range but found himself open on nearly every rep during the night. He's the type of athlete that camp settings are perfect for and is dynamic in space. Woolfrom is an excellent route runner which paired with his size made it impossible to defend head-up during the camp as one of the Top Performers of the night.

2025 Robert C. Byrd prospect [player_tooltip player_id='907164' first='Latrell' last='Jones'] is largely considered a running back but has real potential as a slot receiver as well. Jones was a Top Performer at the PRZ WV Combine back in the spring and is a senior flying under the radar right now. Jones is an explosive athlete who could likely play DB in college as well but performed well in 1-on-1s as a pass catcher at the Winter Exposure Showcase. He faced linebackers playing tighter to the quarterback during 1-on-1s simulating coming out of the backfield and was too quick and fast for that position group. Jones had some real juice and could hit top speed quickly which allowed him to be one of the top performers of the RB/LB group at the camp.
