After reviewing the tape of three other DeWitt linemen, I can confidently say that Drew's tape is the best of the bunch.

Starting off, Drew has a pretty solid pass set at 0:27. His footwork is much better than most linemen, and he successfully holds off the defensive end. I will say, Drew needs to work on keeping his hands and elbows in while blocking. During that rep, Drew looks like he's giving the defender a hug for a brief moment. Skipping to 2:03, I love the power Drew displays in pancaking the defender. 3:47 shows something similar- Drew and his teammate drive a defender deep into the endzone.

If Drew's height is correct, then he has a shot at earning a D3 or NAIA offer this spring. Hope to see him compete at a future camp!

Everett was a very dynamic player this season, playing three positions (WR, TE, LB)

Offensively, Everett has a few solid highlights. The first highlight on tape shows a solid 5-yard hitch. At 0:55, Everett has a solid possession catch on an out route. The very next play, he catches a shallow crosser from the TE position. Overall, he's not the most polished receiver, but he's a great possession target.

In Everett's few highlights at linebacker, he does a solid job of tacking a ballcarrier rushing toward him. Not a whole lot to go off of (small sample size), but Everett could be a lot more aggressive on defense. I hope to see Everett improve and have a breakout Junior season!

Blake is a raw quarterback but still had a solid season and has solid highlights.

His tape is filled with accurate throws, especially deep balls. His first highlight is a nicely thrown post route to the middle of the field. At 1:29, he has a great throw to the left sideline.

The single biggest thing I feel Blake needs to work on is his throw power. Some of that is mechanical, some of that is strength, and a lot of that is actually just built on practice and consistency. So many of his throws take a long time to get to his receivers, resulting in the defense having a bit of extra time to react. I hope Blake has an outstanding offseason and can develop into a great Varsity QB!

Solid tape for Brett!

He fits the slot role very well. He's utilized just like a lot of the elite slot players I've watched over the years. At 0:51, Brett takes a quick screen, bounces off a tackle, and earns a first down. The very next play, Brett takes another screen and makes good work of it. That's what most of Brett's tape is- screens and other short, quick plays. There are also some deeper routes and blocking highlights sprinkled in.

Right now, Brett is a good slot receiver with an opportunity to be great. With a great offseason, Brett could truly break out next season.

GEM ALERT!

You can tell from the first couple of plays- Tre is a phenomenal freshman talent. His athleticism is showcased on so many occasions. At 0:37, Tre catches the ball in the middle of the field, stops on a dime, makes a man miss, and takes it to the house. At 1:20, Tre flashes great vision and speed. Then, at 1:34, Tre displays some physicality, blocking for his teammate.

Tre is almost certainly going to be a college prospect. I see Division 1 upside here, but the question is, can Tre string together enough productive days to reach his potential?
