If you’re looking for a distributor, this is the guy. No throw is really off limits for Burke. Deep balls down the sidelines, timing routes, short slants and more, he can hit them all. When necessary, he can buy time by moving in the pocket and still staying consistent under fire. Blake is an absolute gamer that has been a big piece of the puzzle as Okemos continues to build their program, and I am super excited to see what he can do this fall with good experience under his belt.

Blake is a raw quarterback but still had a solid season and has solid highlights.
His tape is filled with accurate throws, especially deep balls. His first highlight is a nicely thrown post route to the middle of the field. At 1:29, he has a great throw to the left sideline.
The single biggest thing I feel Blake needs to work on is his throw power. Some of that is mechanical, some of that is strength, and a lot of that is actually just built on practice and consistency. So many of his throws take a long time to get to his receivers, resulting in the defense having a bit of extra time to react. I hope Blake has an outstanding offseason and can develop into a great Varsity QB!
