2027 Evaluation Refresh: Quarterbacks

Quite a few of his highlights show him taking designed runs and making the absolute most out of them. Great speed, superb vision and the ability to turn on the jets when get gets in space makes him as dangerous as any QB on the ground. Through the air, he has a quick trigger with good mechanics and arm strength. The dual-threat QB is exceptionally well rounded. On the ground, he has great vision and elite instincts. As a passer, he thrives at layering passes and putting the ball on the money in tight windows. He makes quick decisions and delivers the ball with great velocity. Everything that I have seen from this kid on film is impressive. His game is built around his unreal ability to scramble, buy time, keep his eyes downfield and hurt defenses as soon as they lose track of someone. He has great vision and scans the field no matter how much pressure he gets, and has the arm to sling it downfield quickly. On straight drop backs, he has a quick trigger and good base that allows him to absolutely rip it. No throw is really off limits for Burke. Deep balls down the sidelines, timing routes, short slants and more, he can hit them all. When necessary, he can buy time by moving in the pocket and still staying consistent under fire. So many of his highlights show great touch and accuracy on deep balls 20 or more yards downfield. He also has the ability to pick up extra yardage with his feet as well, making him that much more dangerous. He has great pocket presence and moves well while staying balanced and keeping a strong base. I'll be looking forward to seeing his film after a few weeks and seeing how much he has grown as a QB over the offseason. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
