He was a monster when it came to the 50/50 ball thrown his direction. Where he really improved was in his route running ability, as he was able to create separation at the top of his routes along with get in and out of breaks with more fluidity. He has great patience and then the ability to take the football to the house. He shows the ability to get in and out of breaks with great speed and balance. Shows toughness to go up and get the football along with take hits while making the play. Has a great motor that really doesn't ever shut off during a game and shows good pass rush ability. Stout against the run and hold his ground against the double team. He has the vertical speed to be a matchup nightmare against linebackers and is strong enough to make him hard to cover by safeties. As a running back Walker is an absolute bruiser that is able to get downhill and run behind his pads. He has pass catching ability but really shows that he is hard to take down between the tackles.
