Additionally, there are a couple prospects who between the last rankings update and the season moved to NY for high school/Post-Grad years or back to NY making them new prospects in our database.

Shawn Lee Jr who is originally our of Harrisburg HS in Pennsylvania did a PG year at Milford Academy - Lee Jr who came to NY already committed to PITT and a well-known FBS prospect in Pennsylvania he is clearly one of the top athletes in our rankings. He signed with PITT where he should play DB but his athleticism could justify some two-way play, strong special teams contributions, and some positional versatility on the backend.

Anyone who has been around football in NYC for at least a couple of years will know who [player_tooltip player_id='505381' first='Richard' last='Perkins Jr'] is - he was a part of one of Canarsie's strongest teams in 2022. In 2023 Perkins moved out-of-state and eventually returned to South Shore. Perkins Jr was the most productive WR in the PSAL this year, he is a lean WR prospect but is an exceptional athlete.

Cyrus who came to New York for his Senior Season was the best QB in the PSAL - the South Shore prospect has one of the bigger arms in the state and measurables that really stand out. I was not able to see South Shore play this year but I watched both his South Shore and Baltimore tape and there is a lot to like. Cyrus can create outside of the pocket - I have him as QB5 in New York in what is a deeper than usual class at the position.

London is elite on track and verified speed is hard information to come by nowadays so those track times are intriguing - I like to think of him as DB3 more than OVR41 because he is in that very top group of DBs who all show solid coverage skills on tape but have verified speeds that confirms the speed you see on tape. London is originally out of Coatesville, PA - doing a PG year at Trinity-Pawling and I really like his body of work through HS/PG year.

Wallace was on the watchlist headed into the season, he was at Erasmus Hall previous to this season as well - at Canarsie Wallace got plenty of opportunity. I did see Canarsie play in what was a poor showing against Erasmus Hall but as one of the few Seniors on a very young team Wallace stood out not just in that game but on film. He has good length and is physical and violent with his hands at the point of attack.
