These guys all may have not been in the rankings for a couple reasons - first off there is a good chance that I did not learn about them until after the last update (Spring 2024) some guys were just names I was not aware of while others really came into bigger roles and made a name for themselves as Seniors.

Additionally, there are a couple prospects who between the last rankings update and the season moved to NY for high school/Post-Grad years or back to NY making them new prospects in our database.

Shawn Lee Jr who is originally our of Harrisburg HS in Pennsylvania did a PG year at Milford Academy - Lee Jr who came to NY already committed to PITT and a well-known FBS prospect in Pennsylvania he is clearly one of the top athletes in our rankings. He signed with PITT where he should play DB but his athleticism could justify some two-way play, strong special teams contributions, and some positional versatility on the backend.

Anyone who has been around football in NYC for at least a couple of years will know who [player_tooltip player_id='505381' first='Richard' last='Perkins Jr'] is - he was a part of one of Canarsie's strongest teams in 2022. In 2023 Perkins moved out-of-state and eventually returned to South Shore. Perkins Jr was the most productive WR in the PSAL this year, he is a lean WR prospect but is an exceptional athlete.

Cyrus who came to New York for his Senior Season was the best QB in the PSAL - the South Shore prospect has one of the bigger arms in the state and measurables that really stand out. I was not able to see South Shore play this year but I watched both his South Shore and Baltimore tape and there is a lot to like. Cyrus can create outside of the pocket - I have him as QB5 in New York in what is a deeper than usual class at the position.

London is elite on track and verified speed is hard information to come by nowadays so those track times are intriguing - I like to think of him as DB3 more than OVR41 because he is in that very top group of DBs who all show solid coverage skills on tape but have verified speeds that confirms the speed you see on tape. London is originally out of Coatesville, PA - doing a PG year at Trinity-Pawling and I really like his body of work through HS/PG year.

Booth is the first guy on this list that was a completely new name to me when I came across his X/Twitter in September - 6'7 295 obviously stands out. He has that elite length and measurables, I did not get to see him live but his tape shows some solid athleticism.

Urso was on the watchlist headed into this season and he was excellent for St. Anthony's - I really liked how he played against UPrep when I saw them earlier in the season - Urso is a athletic EDGE/OLB type of player he has a good frame to build on and the body type to impact on special teams. Was most impressed with his get-off, I think at times he is clearly one of the quickest guys off the ball in New York.

Wallace was on the watchlist headed into the season, he was at Erasmus Hall previous to this season as well - at Canarsie Wallace got plenty of opportunity. I did see Canarsie play in what was a poor showing against Erasmus Hall but as one of the few Seniors on a very young team Wallace stood out not just in that game but on film. He has good length and is physical and violent with his hands at the point of attack.

Brock was a new name to me, quick shoutout to Coach Keighron who is able to get a close look at both a lot of Buffalo guys but St. Joe's prospects - Brock is a good looking DL prospect body type wise, good movement skills and should be able to play the 5-tech or 3-tech at the next level as he adds some size. Brock is a performer in the weight room and a high GPA prospect as well.

Soler was another Half Hollow Hills East guy that I did know about - was probably more impressed with him than any other Hills East guys when I saw them. Physical WR prospect who is strong at the point of the catch - think body type wise he is more college ready than a lot of WRs. I think he can be the type of a flex TE/WR type at the next level as well with his skillset/body type.

Drehwing is a big physical TE prospect he is one of the better blocking tight ends in this class in New York - I saw Half Hollow Hills East play and I really like his body type he has long arms and a frame that can add considerable weight and strength. He was a name I did not know about until he picked up his first offer but he easily is one of the top tight ends in New York.

Paul was a player I had no idea of when I went and caught most of the the Lincoln Port Richmond game.

Paul has one of the most college ready bodies I have seen on a HS player, physical defined and very athletic prospect. Positional Skills wise there is some to learn I even think he may end up as a SS/Rover type prospect but he makes a lot of flashy plays.

Saw Burnham in a scrimmage vs Erasmus Hall and again when Hayes played Iona Prep - Burnham is a do-it-all type of athlete. Very well built and shows good explosive movements in the open field. This was his year on varsity in terms of production with some others graduating but I think

These guys all may have not been in the rankings for a couple reasons - first off there is a good chance that I did not learn about them until after the last update (Spring 2024) some guys were just names I was not aware of while others really came into bigger roles and made a name for themselves as Seniors.
