He is one of the most over-looked signal callers in the state and ends his career as one of the more prolific passers the section has seen in recent memory. In his Sophomore season, he threw for 2,800 yards and 24 touchdowns and saved one of his best performances for last when it mattered most. He did more of the same on the biggest stage of the season against St. Pius X in Long Beach on Saturday afternoon. Ingalls lead the Wildcats to their first state title and had a stellar performance going 3-3 for 113 passing yards and 2 scores, while adding another 110+ yards on the ground and doing a nice job not turning the ball over and managing the run game for the entire contest. He is poised in the pocket, has a strong arm downfield and flashes accuracy at all three levels with nice touch over the top, throwing his receivers open. Beierly has had a unbelievable year for the top team in the country and has shown that he should push for a spot early in Seattle even with a talented true freshmen already in the picture in Demond Williams.
