Mcleod has been a popular name on these top player lists through out this season and especially during the post season as he put up video game like numbers through the entire year for Vanden. He is one of the most over-looked signal callers in the state and ends his career as one of the more prolific passers the section has seen in recent memory. He had a stellar final performance against Rio Hondo Prep on Saturday night, throwing for 404 and 3 scores, leading Vanden to a 3-A CIF state title.

Rakowski is soon to be a 10+ offer guy as he rounds into his Junior season for Palos Verdes, and is coming off a ridiculous state championship game against a undefeated twelve Bridges team from the Sacramento area. In his Sophomore season, he threw for 2,800 yards and 24 touchdowns and saved one of his best performances for last when it mattered most. On Saturday afternoon, he passed for 368 yards and 6 total touchdowns, helping lead Palos Verdes to a CIF 2-A State Championship. Rakowski already holds offers from Baylor, Central Michigan, Northern Iowa, Ole Miss and SMU and should see a host of others come in this spring.

Ingalls has done a masterful job managing this run heavy Sonora attack all season, and was a very effective passer when called upon and made it count through the air when needed. He did more of the same on the biggest stage of the season against St. Pius X in Long Beach on Saturday afternoon. Ingalls lead the Wildcats to their first state title and had a stellar performance going 3-3 for 113 passing yards and 2 scores, while adding another 110+ yards on the ground and doing a nice job not turning the ball over and managing the run game for the entire contest. This Sonora team does not seem to be going anywhere as they have a host of top impact players returning next fall and should be right in the regional bowl mix come November, 2025.

Thomson has been leading Edison for most of the second part of this season, and is one of the top Sophomore passers across Southern California. He is poised in the pocket, has a strong arm downfield and flashes accuracy at all three levels with nice touch over the top, throwing his receivers open. In the 1-A state title game against a loaded Central of Fresno squad, Thomson did an excellent job managing the game and completing 12-17 for 155 yards and 1 score, coming in the final moments of the game for essentially a walk-off throw and touchdown to Jake Minter as the clock wound down to the final seconds.

To no surprise, the Washington Huskies commit had a big night against a stellar De La Salle defense and was able to pull out the win in what was a close game for most of the contest. Beierly has had a unbelievable year for the top team in the country and has shown that he should push for a spot early in Seattle even with a talented true freshmen already in the picture in Demond Williams. In the Open Division final, the Chaparral transfer threw for 355 yards and 3 touchdowns, bringing his season totals to just over 2,100 passing yards and 26 TD's while adding another 447 yards on the ground with 5 scores.
