<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Deep dive into the 2025 offensive prospects making the biggest jump in the updated PRZ state rankings.</h2>    Searcy made a huge jump in the updated rankings landing at #73 overall and the sixth ranked ATH in the 2025 class. The ball jumps out of his hand with velocity using his quick and effortless over the top delivery. Accurate to all areas of the field but excels throwing the deep ball with touch and trajectory to allow his receiver to adjust and run underneath. Shows good ball placement in his drop back and throughout his progression allowing him to get the ball out on time and while under pressure. Speed and athleticism make him dangerous when he tucks and runs on broken plays and designed runs. Deserved more recruiting attention but picked up two D1 offers before committing/signing to New Mexico State.   2 Offers: New Mexico State, Utah Tech      Tia has skyrocketed up rankings and recruiting boards with excellent play throughout his senior season. Jumped to the #6 ranked QB in the state and #40 overall. Flashes elite level mobility and pocket movement to escape pressure and create throwing lanes while keeping his eyes downfield for a target. He shows excellent awareness of coverages and where defenders are to go through his progression and hit an open man. He processes information quickly and makes decisive reads throwing a good ball with tight spin and good placement to allow his receivers to run after the catch. He's a matchup nightmare for opposing defenses with his ability as both a passer and runner. Threw for 3,758 yards and 32 touchdowns while completing 76% of his passes and throwing only 4 interceptions on 301 attempts. Added 871 yards and 18 touchdowns on the ground. Flashes plus mobility and footwork at his size showing he can pull and work to the second level effectively. Takes good angles to his blocks and can line up a defender in space to make contact and clear a lane. Good ability to use his hands and sustain his block throughout the play. Shocking that he is still awaiting his initial college offer but whoever lands him is getting a late steal in the 2025 class.      Talented athlete that can impact the game in all three phases. At 6'2” 215 lbs. his versatile skillset could transition well to either side of the ball when he gets on campus at Portland State. He's got a well-built frame with the speed and natural instincts to be an explosive playmaker with the ball in his hands. Great ball skills at the catch point to track and adjust to trajectory and see it into his hands. Length gives him a large catch radius that extends outside his framework. Like his ability to create positional leverage to establish a throwing lane and make a play on the ball. Jumped over 80 spots to #176 overall and the #22 ranked WR in the 2025 class. Committed to Portland State midseason over an offer from Colorado State.   2 Offers: Portland State, Colorado State      Ideal size, length, and growth potential for a P4 WR at 6'4” 170 lbs. He's a natural hands catcher of the football that competes at the high point with great body control and leaping ability. Shows he can make the contested catch and extend outside his framework to snatch the ball over the top of defenders or on the boundary. A long strider that can stretch the field vertically or create separation at the short and intermediate levels. Length and ball skills make him a mismatch for any high school defenders and he does a great job using it to his advantage. Moved up 71 spots to the #17 ranked WR prospect and #123 overall in the updated PRZ state rankings. Collected four D1 offers before signing to Washington State on early signing day.   4 Offers: Washington State, Portland State, FAU, Air Force      Carr made a move to inside the top 100 overall and the #7 ranked RB in the 2025 class. There's a lot to like about his skillset at 5'11” 180 lbs. He's a quick twitch athlete with high-level burst and lateral quickness. Dangerous in space he can run away from defenders with his long speed and sustained second gear. He's patient as he lets his blocks develop and finds an open running lane and then attacks it with speed to force defenders to misjudge pursuit angles. Excellent jump cut to avoid tacklers in the short area. Really like his vision and cut back ability. Possesses track level speed with a PR of 10.74 in the 100m and 21.94 in the 200m. Ran for over 1,200 yards and 13 touchdowns in the Trinity league.
