Among the names on the list are players that have been mentioned throughout the year that may be familiar to our readers, and their names were brought up often for how well they've played week in and week out. This is Prep Redzone Iowa's Class 1A All-State Team of 2024!</p>

<p>Jirovsky completed 73.6% of his passes last season as he threw for 2181 passing yards last season. Jirovsky led Class 1A with 25 touchdown passes while throwing only 1 interception all season. Jirovsky also led all QBs in Class 1A with 18 rushing touchdowns to go with 532 rushing yards as he led Grundy Center to a 3rd consecutive Class 1A title. </p>

<p>Borcherding was the leading rusher in Class 1A, rushing for 1757 yards and 28 touchdowns, averaging 7.9 yards per carry. Borcherding spearheaded one of the top rushing offenses in Class 1A that helped the Wolverines reach the Class 1A state title game. </p>

<p>Bruns ran for 1461 rushing yards and 23 touchdowns, both ranking 2nd in Class 1A, averaging 8.5 yards per carry. He also catching 7 passes for 172 yards and 3 touchdowns. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='252315' first='Tiernan' last='Vokes'] led Class 1A in both receiving yards (1030) and receiving touchdowns (16) on 62 receptions. Vokes posted double-digit touchdown-receptions in each of the last 3 seasons, and he recently committed to Sioux Falls. </p>

<p>Mahler-Moreno was one of the best two-way players from Class 1A in 2024, recording 44.5 tackles, 19.5 TFLs, and 8 sacks on defense, while also catching 34 passes for 749 yards and 11 touchdowns as a WR. </p>

<p>The LB/SS hybrid defender was one of the few bright spots for a struggling Red Oak team in 2024. Baier's 100.5 tackles ranked 2nd most among all Class 1A defenders, while adding 8.5 TFLs and a sack. </p>

Reiter's 502 kick return yards ranked 2nd most in Class 1A, as he averaged 31.4 yards per return and had 3 return touchdowns.</p>
