Running the rock for Arizona Lutheran's offense, [player_tooltip player_id='954413' first='Elijah' last='Harris'] has vision and balance that really sets him apart from other running backs. He's so dangerous with the ball in his hands because he only needs a sliver of space to gouge a defense for a big gain. When the defense is finally able to lay a hit on Harris, his ability to bounce off it and keep going without losing his footing is nothing short of impressive. This season alone, he's posted two games with over 200 rushing yards and three touchdowns, plus another where he racked up 134 yards on an astounding 34 yards per carry.

[player_tooltip player_id='1300348' first='Thomas' last='Yamashita'] is a real force playing guard for Chaparral's offense. Credited with 11 pancake blocks so far this season, the film backs it up. He does an excellent job of using his opponents' momentum against them and leaving behind a big hole for his running back. When he gets his hands on a defender, Yamashita can move people against their will at 6'5" 295. With his natural strength he can effortlessly drive defensive linemen back to the second level of the defense. His presence on the line not only opens up running lanes but also sets a physical tone for Chaparral's offense, making him a player to watch as he works through the rest of his high school career.

[player_tooltip player_id='1077030' first='Chase' last='Gieszler'] has been a commanding presence under center for Verrado High School, showcasing impressive consistency and playmaking ability throughout the season. He currently has an 11:2 TD:INT ratio while completing 76% of his passes through the team's first eight games — showing how pinpoint accurate he can be game in and game out. Gieszler throws a gorgeous deep ball with impressive touch and showed it often in a win over Sunrise Mountain where he completed all nine of his attempts for 286 yards and four touchdowns. With his calm demeanor under pressure and ability to deliver in critical moments Gieszler's not only a reliable leader but a true difference-maker for Verrado's offense.

After having to sit the first five games due to transfer rules, [player_tooltip player_id='401167' first='Julian' last='Moncivaiz'] got a warm welcome into Cactus' offense — catching 15 passes through his first two games. Making an impact on both sides of the ball, he's such a dangerous player with the ball in his hands. His quick twitch makes him incredibly hard to bring down in open space and his refined route running frequently gives it to him. While not the biggest player, he's still very physical which only adds to his big-play ability. Averaging 27 yards per reception in a recent win over Sunrise Mountain, Moncivaiz's impact is only going to grow as he continues to get more comfortable in the offense.

Ownen Reynoso has been the definition of a workhorse back for Centennial's offense. Going up against some of the top front-7's in the state, he's consistently hitting his lanes and always making it hard for the defense to bring him down. Always running incredibly hard, Reynoso packs wuite a punch in his 5'8" 180 lb frame and has no trouble running through defenders that have the clear size advantage. His impressive speed only adds to his threat level, allowing him to break away on big runs when he finds an opening. Reynoso's combination of power and quickness makes him a constant challenge for any defense.

Talk about speed on the outside, [player_tooltip player_id='1177576' first='Trey' last='Peck'] has plenty. Regularly taking the top off of opposing defenses, he's an incredible spark for Millennium's offense. But it's not just big plays that make the difference, Peck does a great job of being effective both winning deep as well as in the short game — constantly keeping the defense guessing. This game below had him doing a little of both against Notre Dame Prep and he finished the contest with 132 yards and two touchdowns on seven receptions. He's able to win deep, as well as showcase his footwork with limited space down near the goal line.

It's not often you come across a quarterback who can truly create plays out of nothing, but [player_tooltip player_id='1347368' first='Tyler' last='Burr'] is just that. Far beyond being a typical pocket passer with a strong deep ball, Burr can take a broken play and turn it into a big gain. Time and again, he uses quick footwork to slip out of sacks, all while keeping his eyes downfield to find a receiver who's worked their way open. One of the most impressive parts of his game is his willingness to throw over the middle and his accuracy when doing so. He doesn't hesitate to fire the ball through tight windows, showing his immense trust in both his arm and his receivers. Playing in the 3A conference, Burr is a player who absolutely has what it takes to play at the next level.
