With the regular season over and the playoffs about to ramp up, one of the underlying stories to watch is that all-region teams are starting to get released all across the state. These lists are important as they recognize top performers across the state, but they can also be used as a tool to identify talented prospects, which is what I plan to do. Here are 10 all-region performers I'd like to analyze from the first set of lists.

Cody Bryan was the player of the year in his region after performing well on both sides of the ball for Heritage. He projects long-term as a receiver and is capable of making plays at all levels of the field. His size will restrict him to the slot, but he tracks the ball well over his shoulder and has the acceleration to get behind safeties and beat DBs to the ball. At the top of his routes, he is sudden and will throw head fakes and nods to create deception. After the catch, he can stop on a dime to take advantage of cutback lanes and will often bring defenders to the turf. He has good speed, but his acceleration to his top speed is impressive and allows him to build away from defenders. He has multi-sport experience in basketball and baseball. Bryan might not generate major recruiting buzz, but he is a reliable playmaker at all levels of the field who could impress at the FCS level.

[player_tooltip player_id='212307' first='Sager' last='Quinn'] has generated some buzz on the offseason camp circuit, but his work on Friday nights is being noticed as he was named region lineman of the year. Quinn is well-built and is now up to 260. He plays mostly as a 5-tech in a 3-down front, where he sets the edge with his power and instantly drives offensive tackles backward. With his play strength at the point of attack, he can easily slide inside where he can create some push in the middle of the defense. He isn't a one-trick pony. There is some finesse to his game, showing the ability to slip off the inside shoulder of blockers and close quickly to the ball carrier. Quinn has an offer from Georgia Southern, but with his blend of finesse and power, I wouldn't be shocked to see some P4 schools get in the mix.

[player_tooltip player_id='205453' first='Langston' last='Hogg'] is a notable prospect out of Cartersville who has been named an all-region performer for two years in a row. Hogg is listed as 6'2 275 with the requisite athletic traits to play offensive line at the P4 level. He played C this year, where he used his athleticism to explode off the line and shadow defensive linemen. Even without a whole lot of mass, Hogg plays with the leverage and explosiveness to hit with good pad level and displace defensive tackles. He will have to bulk up before contributing at the college level, but he has plenty of room to add weight and is athletic enough to carry more mass. He holds FBS and P4 offers and will get a crack at that level, especially with experience as a center under his belt.

Chase Marable is an underrated WR prospect who produced well this fall against good competition. His size will restrict him to the slot, but even without eye-opening size, he offers plenty to like as a receiver. Marable runs crisp routes and knows how to separate with deception at the top of his routes. He showcases solid plant strength and is fluid enough in the hips to snap off his route stem and find green grass. He might not be a burner, but he is a joystick mover after the catch and finds creative ways to make defenders miss and make his yards. Marable won't generate major recruiting buzz, but he has a chance to be a steal for smaller schools.

Tony Forney might be overshadowed by other prospects on the Kell defense, but Forney is a good prospect in his own right and has FBS offers under his belt, including a P4 offer from Pitt. Forney is a bit of a Swiss army knife in the secondary, playing basically every spot in the Kell secondary as a junior. Prototype size at 6'1 180 with noticeable length, which allows him to tie up receivers in man coverage and crowd the catch point. He projects long-term as a safety. He is built well and can be a striker from the second level. He does a fantastic job on tape of settling down before contact and using his length to wrap up ball carriers. Forney checks the size and athletic boxes and it's an added plus that he is a good tackler. This time a year from now, I predict several P4 schools to be after Forney.

[player_tooltip player_id='876848' first='Kobe' last='Lewis'] had himself a highly productive year for Kennesaw Mountain and shattered some school receiving records as a result. He is a thin, yet athletic WR prospect with plenty of physical upside. He plays with quick foot speed, allowing him to throw unpredictable footwork at defenders at the top of routes. He is fluid in the hips and can stop a dime, allowing him to efficiently work back towards the QB while stacking double moves down the field. He frequently creates plenty of separation, but his awareness is perhaps his most elite trait, making impressive grabs in uncomfortable spots and through traffic. As far as strictly game tape is concerned, Lewis is one of my favorite 2026 WRs in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='1609534' first='Jeremy' last='Winston'] is a traitsy prospect with an impressive athletic background. He is a basketball player as well, which is easy to predict when you notice his long, lanky frame. He plays with solid game speed, and might actually be a bigger threat after the catch than he is over the top, although he does track the ball well over his shoulder and splits DBs. He plays with solid footwork at the line and will use his hands to battle off press coverage and slip into soft spots of the defense, which will continue to bode well for him as he adds more weight. It might not flash on tape, but one can assume he has the natural ability to play above the rim when you factor in his size and his basketball background. I wouldn't be shocked to see Winston pick up FBS buzz this offseason.

Jayden Doyle is a productive member of a talented East Paulding squad, making plays as a tackler and against the ball. He is a shorter, stout DB prospect who packs a punch at contact. He made several plays with his back against the wall of the goal line, showing that he is capable of playing in the box. He relies on his instincts and nose for the football to track the ball and make plays down the fall. He takes good angles when undercutting routes, gifting him several opportunities to make a play on the ball. Doyle is a physical tackler and is constantly around the football. He is someone to watch this postseason and is someone smaller schools should track closely.

[player_tooltip player_id='283825' first='Darnell' last='Collins'] is an elite traits prospect who doubles as a notable basketball prospect here in Georgia. He is all of 6'4 190, giving him a large catch radius with the length to reach above crowds and pluck the ball out of the air. His speed and long strides allow him to work across the field and gradually create separation. He is pretty deceptive and can slingshot at the top of his route, allowing him to vacate open spots of the field. He has some horsepower after the catch, weaving in and out of running lanes and sometimes driving through arm tackles. Collins has FBS offers under his belt and should be a popular prospect after this upcoming camp season. He is a potential lottery ticket in the 2026 class with upside to be an elite WR.

Ry'Sheed Fuller is a smaller CB prospect who produced well on the outside this fall despite his smaller stature. He is extremely fluid in the hips, allowing him to turn and run with receivers and shadow double moves. He flashes outstanding acceleration, quickly getting to his top speed, allowing him to get to a spot and give himself a chance to make a play on the football. He plays through the hands in contested catch situations, which is what he will have to do to stick on the outside and battle against bigger receivers. Fuller produced this fall against good competition and should easily generate D1 buzz.
