[player_tooltip player_id='215570' first='Brady' last='Mcadoo'] - Senior Athlete - Tuttle

Tuttle senior [player_tooltip player_id='215570' first='Brady' last='Mcadoo'] looks to be well on his way to becoming a finalist for our Player Of The Year award this season. Mcadoo has been one of the more complete players in Oklahoma for a while now but he's taken his game to new heights this season. It seems like this is the stat line (or close to it) every single week. Six catches for 100 yards and two touchdowns, a rushing touchdown, six to eight tackles, an interception and a punt return for a score. Mcadoo brings such a significant impact to the game that there's no doubt that Tuttle has a solid shot of capturing another state championship. This Tuttle team is incredibly talented and Mcadoo might be the best athlete on a very solid squad.

[player_tooltip player_id='382955' first='Brady' last='Scott'] - Junior Wide Receiver - Hilldale

Hilldale junior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='382955' first='Brady' last='Scott'] is quickly turning into one of the more underrated players in Class 4A. When Scott has the football in his hands, he turns into a blur. And because of that, Scott's production has expanded in a big way this season. He's still their top option in the passing game but Scott has also produced in the running game, on defense and in special teams as a returner. Hilldale has had a very unpredictable season but the one consistent playmaker has been Scott. Hilldale starts their playoff journey in northeastern Oklahoma against Miami. Don't be surprised if Scott leads the hornets to a big win and move on to next week in the 4A playoffs.

[player_tooltip player_id='268307' first='Brayson' last='Carter'] - Senior Athlete - Blanchard

We've said this a few times before but just in case you're new here, Blanchard's [player_tooltip player_id='268307' first='Brayson' last='Carter'] is one of the best football players in Oklahoma and we don't care what his height is. Offensively, defensively and in special teams, Carter knows how to make an impact at a very high level. He helped lead the Lions to the state championship a year ago and Blanchard is getting healthy and playing some of their best football right now. It wouldn't be surprising to see them do it again in the next month. Carter might be flying under the radar as a prospect because of his height but there is not a single question about the impact that he can have on the field, wherever he's lined up.

[player_tooltip player_id='353421' first='CJ' last='Nickson'] - Senior Wide Receiver/Defensive Lineman - Weatherford

Weatherford is back into the playoffs and senior two-way star [player_tooltip player_id='353421' first='CJ' last='Nickson'] is looking to replicate some of his March magic on the gridiron. Nickson, an Oklahoma football commit, has been an absolute star for Weatherford's basketball team and they've contended for the state championship every year. Now, Nickson is looking to help the Weatherford football team make it to their first state championship game in a few seasons. But to get there, they are going to have to play at a very high level. Out of the top ten teams at home, they might have the toughest first round match-up as Bethany comes to town. It wouldn't surprise us if the winner of this game went on a run.

[player_tooltip player_id='1187307' first='Deante' last='Lindsay'] - Senior Wide Receiver/Defensive Back - Ada

Ada had to struggle through a slow start but they are playing with about as much momentum as anybody in 4A football right now. The Cougars came into this season as a top five team but started the year at 1-2 and fell out of the top ten altogether. But they steadied the ship and come into the playoffs as a district champion. Texas Tech commit and two-way star [player_tooltip player_id='1187307' first='Deante' last='Lindsay'] has been a big part of their turnaround following the non-district slate. Lindsay is Ada's leading receiver and he burst onto the scene as a defensive back to keep an eye on. There is no doubt in our mind that he's one of the top two-way players in the 4A playoffs. The Cougars host Cushing in the first round.

[player_tooltip player_id='1045560' first='Isaac' last='Sheffield'] - Junior Wide Receiver - Grove

The Grove Ridgerunners are a team to look out for as the 4A playoffs begin because of the success of their passing game. They have multiple weapons on that side of the ball and junior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1045560' first='Isaac' last='Sheffield'] is one of them. Sheffield is a legitimate standout on the track and you can see that speed translating to the football field. He's a big play guy waiting to happen and has shown that multiple times this season. Sheffield and the Ridgerunners have a tough task with going on the road to face Sallisaw in the first round. If they win, they will more than likely get top-ranked Elgin. But because of Sheffield's big play ability, you can't overlook a possible upset or two.

[player_tooltip player_id='1348269' first='Judson' last='Gilliland'] - Junior Running Back/Linebacker - Bethany

Bethany junior [player_tooltip player_id='1348269' first='Judson' last='Gilliland'] is definitely on our shortlist for breakout star for Class 4A this season. Coming into the year, we knew about Gilliland and thought he had potential to have a good season but he's blown all preseason expectations out of the water. The Bethany junior has become one of the top two-way players in Class 4A this fall. Offensively, he's an absolute nightmare to slow down in the run game. He's run for more than 1,000 yards and 22 touchdowns on the year and defensively, he leads the team in tackles from his linebacker position. Bethany has to go on the road in the first round to face Weatherford. Like we mentioned with Nickson, don't be surprised to see the winner make a run.

[player_tooltip player_id='530573' first='Kale' last='Charboneau'] - Senior Quarterback/Linebacker - Wagoner

Wagoner senior quarterback and linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='530573' first='Kale' last='Charboneau'] might be the most experienced player in the Class 4A playoffs when it comes to big games. He helped lead the Bulldogs to a state championship as a sophomore and then followed that up with another trip to Edmond last year. This season, he's looking to guide the Bulldogs back to the state championship game and has been absolutely lights out on both sides of the ball. Charboneau has rewritten the record books when it comes to passing at Wagoner and has also been one of the best linebackers in Class 4A. After settling for the silver ball last season, Charboneau wants to end his high school career with another gold ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='211570' first='Tres' last='Lorah'] - Senior Quarterback - Elgin

Elgin senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='211570' first='Tres' last='Lorah'] has definitely had a season to remember and now the focus is on finishing the job. Lorah became the school's all time leader in passing yards and touchdowns this season. Despite Elgin having a dominating run game over the last year and a half, Lorah has still been able to produce at a very high level. But now, all eyes are on the Owls as they look to capture the school's first state championship in football. As we mentioned earlier in the week, Elgin has never made it out of the quarterfinal round so a title run would be a pretty historic accomplishment. Lorah is one of the more experienced quarterbacks in the Class 4A playoffs.

[player_tooltip player_id='901851' first='Zaedon' last='Collins'] - Senior Running Back/Linebacker - Clinton

Traditional powerhouse Clinton has a tall task of facing defending champion Blanchard in the first round on Friday. The Red Tornadoes have had an up and down season but the one consistent theme has been the running back position. Clinton has had several players step up in that department. Senior [player_tooltip player_id='901851' first='Zaedon' last='Collins'] comes into the postseason as one of, if not the most experienced running back in the Class 4A playoffs. And he's been playing really good football over the last several weeks so he's not lacking momentum. And we saw last season that Clinton can surprise some people behind a strong rushing attack. But Clinton literally has the toughest playoff path of any 4A team.
