We've updated the Class of 2025 Rankings, and with that, we always have several stock risers. A few major stock risers happen to be some of the most versatile players in the state. Not only have these guys performed well this season, but they've been doing so in multiple positions and scenarios!

Before the season started, Ja'Mari was on my list of players who could have a breakout senior season. Turns out, that prediction came true.

First off, I did not expect Ja'Mari to be such a productive two-way player! On offense, I'm very impressed with his footwork and overall blocking fundamentals. He's been making big holes for his RBs all season long, and that's something I did not see in 2023.

Defensively, he's able to bully smaller linemen. Watch some of his highlights against Byron Center. On a couple of occasions, Ja'Mari shoves the opposing lineman out of the way before making a tackle. Even against an elite offensive line (Muskegon), Ja'Mari is able to hold his ground.

He's on the cusp of being a GLIAC prospect. Moving forward, I'd like to see a lot more explosiveness from Ja'Mari. Sometimes, he struggles to keep his feet moving on the defensive side of the ball. Still, he's way more versatile than I was expecting. Excellent season so far!

Brady finally gets his well-deserved jump. My bad.

For a while, I overlooked Brady. Just based on his prior tape, I thought he was around #150 -#200. After seeing him in person, I know why Ferris State recruited him.

Brady is a pure football player. He rarely left the field, and played a MAJOR role in the offense and defense. Offensively, he's an OK running back. A power runner, works for extra yards, but still pretty raw.

Defensively, Brady is relentless. Even after playing 3 1/2 quarters on both sides of the ball, Brady was still sprinting downhill to stop the outside run and violently getting past blocks to attempt to stop the inside run. Gritty player, extremely well-conditioned, and someone who I think will eventually succeed for Ferris State.

Micah has been lower on the rankings for far too long. Last season, I watched Micah in person on two occasions, and he balled out in both games. I always liked his route running and release, though he used to be way more one-dimensional, catching a LOT of redzone fades and not too much else.

This season, Micah is playing much better all-around. Offensively, his blocking and versatility have improved. Now, he's able to get open with shorter routes and earn a ton of YAC. In fact, the first highlight on his most recent tape shows him taking a crossing route 65 yards to the house. Of course, he still shows off the deep routes.

Another area where Micah has improved is defense. In short, he played fast and physically in his game against Byron Center. He could play college ball at safety or WR. D2 evaluation.

I'll be honest; I wasn't very high on Ben during the last update. After watching his Senior tape, I understand the D3 attention.

Ben is a very versatile player on offense. Although a bit inconsistent, Ben can run solid routes (good comebacks, OK slants, crossers) and earn yards after catch. At 0:38, I like how Ben shakes off the tackle and earns a few extra yards. At 0:26, he runs the same route and, this time, showcases some athleticism. Finally, at 1:40, Ben does a good job of earning positive yardage on the handoff. Solid vision and enough athleticism to evade two tackles.

In college, Ben projects as a great special teamer or slot WR. Assuming he works his tail off to develop, Ben could be a phenomenal player in the MIAA!

Jayden has earned a ton of D3 attention and he's close to a D2 prospect in my opinion.

Jayden plays very similarly to [player_tooltip player_id='587855' first='Preston' last='Bohnet'], as written in my tall stock risers article. Jayden has an explosive release and is a phenomenal deep threat. His first highlight features an excellent route where he burns the DB and catches an underthrown ball. At 1:11, Jayden sits in his route and makes a nice catch, with a defender closing in. Overall, Jayden runs clean routes and is one of the best weapons in the River Cities Alliance. I think there's an excellent chance that Jayden becomes an early difference maker on a D3 squad, or a developmental guy on a D2 roster.
