Mid Season Film Review

At our events, we have the drills ran by college coaches, so you will be able meet and perform in front of those who will recruit you. The showcase is open to class of 2025-2028 players. Linebacker play is sticking out with his pass coverage, showing good zone processing and ball skills. He is also quick to come down hill to fill his gap. His range to cover the field is also sticking out as he is able to come from the backside and make the tackle on plays ran away from him. Showing ability to run both inside and outside, with patience to allow his blocks to develop and then use his explosiveness, acceleration, and balance to burst through the hole. He will run through arm tackles and has the agility to make people miss in the open field. You quickly see his size as he will likely be the biggest player on the field anytime he is playing. The best part of his game is his run defense, where he can hold the line and shows good block shed to make a tackle. He moves well showing quickness off the line with good use of hands. His footwork is <a href="https://prepredzone.com/2024/06/2025-ny-rankings-quarterbacks-2/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">continuing to excel</a> and has improved this season. From snap to throw, he looks smooth and fluid. Throwing with very good accuracy by placing the ball only where his receiver can catch it and doing a good job leading the receivers in his route. He is a dual-threat and has speed that will outrun most on the field. He is a do it all safety, and his film shows it. Can play in deep zone coverage to defend the pass, showing good ball skills. He can play in the box, showing physical toughness to take on blockers against the run. He shows ability to be effective on the blitz. create pressure, and finish with a sack. Speed, explosiveness, and competitive toughness stick out on his film.
