is arguably one of the most dominant forces on that defensive line. He goes 110% every down and has a very powerful first step. He has a nose for the ball and js very physical at the point of attack, Yuri can diagnose if it’s a run or a pass. He is able to clog gaps in the run game and is able to get in the backfield to record a tackle for loss. On the season he closed out with 12 tackles for loss, 4 sacks, and 20 tackles he is a dominant force. At the Age of 16 years old he has a lot of upside and I can’t wait to see him ball this upcoming season he is a very impressive athlete. A very sound athlete who is gonna be great in the foreseeable future.

. Gaining a good bit of muscle, Radcliffe is currently at 335 lbs and he can move! Notching 4 sacks and 12 TFLS this past season, this is a high caliber prospect that is still growing into his body. He moves very well off the snap and you do not catch him with sloppy footwork often either. Radcliffe will debut in our top 100 overall with this group.

I have had the opportunity to watch Yuri play live and compete at a camp. He is dedicated to improving his game and cannot be ignored at his interior defensive line position. Credited with 51 tackles including 42 tackles for loss in 2024, we expect Yuri to put up similar numbers once again. He was a major stock riser in our most recent Class of 2027 rankings update. Yuri recently announced his transfer to Blue Ridge and reclassed to 2028 to play alongside star DL

Yuri was one of several defensive linemen who had phenomenal outings. The strength and pass rush moves were out in full swing and he made several one-on-ones look easy. Like I said in my preview, the talent and size is there, he’ll just need to put it on his junior film to blow up nationally.

Radcliffe is a monster amongst men in his film. He has tremendous play strength and a great motor to get in the backfield. Already sitting at 6’3” 315, he still has room to define his muscle and will be someone to look out for P4 offers if his film is up to it.

Good height with elite size. Solid athletic ability with very good balance, good explosiveness, lateral movement, hand quickness, solid acceleration, foot speed, foot quickness, change of direction, flexibility/bend, and hip fluidity. Good up-field burst using his good explosives, and solid foot quickness and acceleration to come off the ball and engage offensive linemen with his good use of hands. Displays very good strength that allows him to anchor himself and drive offensive linemen back to reset the line of scrimmage. Very good run defense, with good processing to read the ball carrier and disengage his block. Good power and bull rush to push the depth of the pocket. Gives very good effort through his pass rush to put pressure on the QB. Overall, his play style fits him as a 0-2 technique defensive tackle/nose guard at the next level. He displays the strength and processing to be a two-gap player and can be very good in an attacking one-gap scheme where you can let him use his strength and explosiveness to overpower interior offensive linemen and reset the line of scrimmage. He is still looking for his first offer. He finished the season with 51 total tackles and 42 of those were tackles for loss equating to 82.35% of his tackles. He also finished with 3 sacks on the season. He is an underrated talent in central Virginia that more need to take notice of.

It was great being able to see Yuri play live. It confirmed that he has the size, strength, and ability to become a dominant defensive tackle in the state. If you want a chance to move him, you need at least a double team against him. In my video below, you see him push the Center back and disrupt the pull block that leads to Monticello’s turnover on downs during the first drive of the game.

I have written on Yuri a couple times now, and we now have his first tape for this season. You quickly see his size as he will likely be the biggest player on the field anytime he is playing. The best part of his game is his run defense, where he can hold the line and shows good block shed to make a tackle. He moves well showing quickness off the line with good use of hands. I am high on his upside and we will continue to keep our eyes on him at Prep Redzone.

Yuri is one I expect we will see ranked after this fall, and we could see him taking a large leap into the defensive line rankings. He has the tools available to him to be a dominant force on the interior for Albemarle, plus he has great size. He is quick off the ball, knows how to use his hands, and will be one of the strongest on the field. Expect him to be found in next year’s update.

Yuri is a name that you will learn over the next few seasons. He is a competitor who wants to get better each rep and constantly looks for coaching on his technique. He has a mix of speed, quickness, and power that he can utilize in his pass rush. If you view his Hudl film, you will see that he can also hold the line and defend the run. There is a lot of upside to Yuri’s game.
