Team success cannot be measured by one individual performer, but there's little doubt that some individual players can make the team much more successful. Here are five offensive players, all probably team MVPs, who have but the team on their back this season.

Yes, [player_tooltip player_id='568192' first='Tommy' last='Carr'] earns a monumental jump into the top 10.

Prior to this season, I liked Tommy's tape, but I questioned whether he'd succeed at the Varsity level. All of my questions were almost immediately answered, and he's a sleeper Mr. Football candidate for next season. The IQ is 100% there. Accuracy is there. Off-schedule playmaking is there. Tommy plays quarterback at an extremely high level, and he's playing like a college football player.

I could write pages on Tommy, but just watch his tape. He's great on the field, and has the IQ to change plays at the line of scrimmage plus improvises as well as any. He's a B1G 10 or VERY high MAC prospect in my book.

Pavel is one of those guys that I'll be discussing a lot this offseason. The short if it is that I fully expect him to be a GLAIC target.

He has the height, has the skill, and seems to have the mentality. Very few offensive tackles are able to move as well as Pavel (but there's still room to improve). In addition, he's a 3-sport athlete and a year-round worker. I fully expect Pavel to see the fruits of his labor this May, and I'm very excited to watch him perform in front of college coaches. Big boost and well-deserved.

Caseton lives up to his Twitter handle (@cantguardcase). Every team he's faced has had an incredibly difficult time guarding him.

His most recent tape against Davison kicks off with a very good whip route that turned into a 35-yard touchdown. Now, I think the route could have been a little better. On the other hand, he showed great speed in the middle of the field. Throughout the rest of his tape, Caseton consistently shows good route running, which is much of the time followed by great RAC.

I will say that he needs to improve with contact balance and open-field elusiveness. Against good tacklers, Caseton struggles to break through. Still, I see the athleticism on tape and expect him to eventually earn D2 offers.

Before Brady's season-ending injury, he was playing his best ball. A lot could have to do with the talent around him or the coaching staff- but I also guarantee a lot of it has to do with Brady's great 2024 offseason. This is someone who's put in the work and has seen that work pay off this season. A number of excellent throws to all parts of the field, flashes good timing, pocket presence, etc. Big riser with a lot more room to grow- I'm expecting D3 offers this Spring for Brady, and possible GLIAC attention if he can parlay a good offseason with a good senior season.

Ethan has been playing out of his mind this season, and it should be talked about a lot more.

Check out his tape against Lansing Everett. Defensively, Ethan secured a phenomenal interception where he stuck onto the receiver downfield and snagged the underthrow. In addition, he had a number of impressive run stops. Defensively, Ethan is someone with excellent play speed, physicality, and all-around effort. He has the mentality of a college linebacker.

Offensively, Ethan is QB1. Although he doesn't have great fundamentals, he's able to stand firm in the pocket and deliver absolute missiles to his receivers. Again, not the most fundamentally sound or consistently accurate QB, but Ethan has a rocket for an arm and, in a lot of cases, wills Holt to victory.

Ethan deserves this rankings boost, and the sky's the limit this offseason. As long as he tests well, I could easily see him earn GLIAC offers in May.
