Etuma stands out for his relentless pursuit and quickness off of the ball. He makes up for a lack of bulk with an impressive spurt off the snap. Etuma has a frame that looks like it could add good weight without him losing any of the athleticism and speed that make him effective right now. His skills led to a pair of sacks in this contest.

There's an old saying that you can't teach size. It often means the person has potential with further development. That's a good way to describe Lipanda. He is a very large human. Lipanda isn't stuck in place, though. He can move that mass. There's a lot with which to work here for schools on the next level. Lipanda could interest some programs on the defensive line, where City employs him at times.

Sutherland has steadily improved during his time in high school. He's developed into a college tight end as a reported scholarship offer from two-time FCS national champion South Dakota State would indicate. Sutherland is a stronger route runner now than this time a year ago. He's also improved his strength, which has aided him become a more effective blocker. Kansas and some other bigger schools are evaluating Sutherland this season. They have to like what they see so far.

Salibi's all-around athleticism, game speed and determination could help plenty of college programs. He scored touchdowns rushing and receiving against Ames. He also pitched in on defense. Depending on the scheme, Salibi could fit as a slot receiver or pass-catching running back. He projects as a safety on defense but could also work as a slot corner.

Roberts was the best player on Bates Field this night. Everybody at the facility knew the Little Cyclones were targeting him. He ended up with six catches for 178 yards and a touchdown. It's an impressive package of speed and polish. You can tell Roberts has spent significant time working on his craft by how crisp he runs routes and the intense tempo with which he plays. He catches the ball out front with his hands and can chew up yards after hauling it in.

Cantonwine is a tough quarterback. He dealt with defenders in his face and chasing him from the pocket most of the night against City. He still found a way to make a lot of plays with his arms and legs. He threw for 256 yards and ran for 66 more in this one. Cantonwine passes well when on the move and owns a strong arm. He's a good athlete, leaving open the possibility a college could see him at a different position depending on how he develops behind center.

With Ames playing from well behind much of the evening, Cosby's opportunities in the running game were limited. He did rip off a beautiful 16-yard touchdown run that included power and vision getting through the line and then the burst to outrun the back seven. Cosby uses power and quick cuts to his advantage. He's also caught four passes this season, adding another element for interested college coaches.
