The 6'1" 185 lbs junior is definitely on the rise after watching him in person. He has a good frame for the WR/DB positions, but really stands out with an impressive wingspan to provide a larger than expected catch radius and it gives him a little extra cushion in coverage. Kobe has developed a dominant, high-level combination of speed and power at WR. He can easily get on top of his CB and is a natural tracking the deep ball. Russell also showed off his ability to run with power after the catch, ripping through arm tackles. Kobe also has the quick twitch agility is short areas to be a reliable man coverage CB as well. The 2026 ATH is a big time playmaker and a gifted athlete that all D2 and higher level schools should have on their radar, right now.

Stats: 225 Yards, Passing, 3 Passing TDs, 92 Rushing Yards, 1 Rushing TD

Teddy is a gamer. He is the type of QB that a lot of HS coaches hope to have leading their offenses. Someone who can provide a dual threat option. A poised leader who always seems to get his job done. As a passer the senior did a great job Friday night of delivering passes with touch and excellent ball placement that allowed his receivers to instantly catch and run without missing a beat. It was great watching him take over this game right from the start and quickly put it out of reach. I'm pumped to see how far Teddy and this offense can go this season.

Stats: 2 Receptions, 20 Yards, Multiple Tackles on Defense

Prescott didn't need Will to dominate on offense in this game, but the senior WR still showed a little something. He turned both of his quick catches solid gains on the back of some tough running to gain yards after the catch and after contact. Will has a well put together, strong frame that really shined at safety/OLB Friday night too. He did a great job playing through traffic and was able to easily make one on one tackles with his superior lateral agility. Will brought the physicality to defense too from getting off blocks or flying in to make hard hitting wrap up tackles. This game opened my eyes to the potential that Will could make an impact at more than just WR at the next level. Check out the hidden gem.

Stats: 440+ Yards of Offense, Several Tackles on Defense

What a game from the senior OL/DL committed to St. Thomas. David has the prototypical frame needed to be a D1 level recruit. He also has the dominating, overwhelming strength required. Prescott relied on the pass most of the game and the OT did a great job of using his length to get hands on and completely shut down him man. When Prescott did run the ball, though, we got to see David really flip that switch and start mauling opponents. The senior OT made it look easy creating pancakes and a positive push in the trenches. That strength also shined on defense where the senior helped shut down the inside running game of SCC. One of the most impressive plays I have seen from a DL this season was made by David in this game too. He got off the line quick and tossed a pulling guard right into the lap of the QB who was just starting to run with the ball. That knocked the QB down for the TFL without David ever actually putting a hand on him. Here is the play to view for yourself. This kid is a force in the trenches and will be moving up in the rankings after the season.

Stats: 15 Carries, 67 Yards, 1 TD

It wasn't a crazy stat line from the Prescott senior RB, but he did a good job of stepping up when the team needed him. Barrett is a shifty runner between the tackles and has some solid burst to accelerate through gaps. The senior RB showed some vision to pick through the front seven and get the most out of every carry. Barrett also plays safety for Prescott and repeatedly showed off his range as he would fly downhill to make tackles out in space or just off the edge. I loved his aggressive play in those scenarios, flying in without hesitation to deliver hits. Barrett did a great job of executing his responsibilities all night long.

Stats: 15 Carries, 104 Yards, 1 TD, 7 Tackles

Hayden was the workhorse for SCC against Prescott. The senior FB did his best to wear down the interior of the defense with his 6'1" 205 lbs frame and physical running style. Hayden attacked every carry the same way. He ran behind his pads and met defenders with his legs churning and kept them pumping until he would be drug down by multiple defenders. Buckel's low center of gravity helped him to move the pile and gain those tough extra yards. The senior also played LB for SCC and made several one on one stops between the tackles.

I liked what I saw from the senior OT when I got to really focus on his reps. The senior caught my eye on several reps where he was able to clamp onto his DL and drive them straight off the line of scrimmage. The leverage and power were able to overwhelm opponents at times. Vaughn could go from that mauling power to showing off the athleticism as he quickly closed on LBs. The senior has the footwork, power, understanding of leverage, and a frame that is still filling out. The arrow is pointing up for him.

Senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='685942' first='Tadd' last='Posey'] had a tough matchup a lot of the night, yet he was still able to make multiple splash plays while watching him. The first big note I have on the senior is that he carries his 6'5" 270 lbs frame very well and has plenty of room to continue to fill out at the next level. He also moves well with it, showing he can get lateral movement in the trenches when he reached or crashed down on an opponent. Tadd also showed he could get up to LBs effectively. Posey has a great frame, moves well, and uses his size to his advantage. He definitely needs some more eyes on him.

Stats: 11 Tackles, 1 TFL

It seemed like we were hearing Owen's name called every time Prescott ran the football.
