Headed to Tennessee next season, Moore is one of the top linemen in the state that will be taking tons of snaps on both the offensive and defensive line this year and I don't see many players slowing him down. Richards is a strong candidate to not only be the team's top offensive productive player but also earn team MVP by season's end.

A multi year starter, Necessary is a bonafide baller that should lead this region in tackles and even possibly the entire 6A classification. Ranked inside our top ten #TN2025 quarterbacks, Frazier is a dual threat guy that can put up some big numbers this year with both his arm and his legs. He can also boost his stock further to possibly earn a shot on the FCS level. Kline is a name to know moving forward as he should lead his Governors team in rushing over the next two years and place himself as a Mr. Football dark horse.

- - - - -

6A-Region 2 Team MVP's

Bearden: (RB) [player_tooltip player_id='806042' first='Jayzon' last='Thompson'] ‘26

Bradley Central: (RB/LB) Landon Scott

Cleveland: (RB/DB) [player_tooltip player_id='219362' first='Isaiah' last='Davis']

Farragut: (WR/S) [player_tooltip player_id='301404' first='Landon' last='Collins']

Hardin Valley: (DE) [player_tooltip player_id='1294320' first='Michael' last='Stewart']

Maryville: (RB) [player_tooltip player_id='361227' first='Price' last='Davis']

- Last year as a sophomore, Thompson had his breakout party but now as a junior, the Bulldogs back is gunning for his best season yet where it might put him in contention for Mr. Football. Bradley Central could be in a transition year but Scott could change that narrative. The Bears senior two-way product looks like the lead guy at running back this season while he is also in position to lead his team in tackles. Maybe this Fall season will be the breakthrough year for Davis. The Blue Raiders senior product is the most explosive player on the Cleveland that should put up big numbers on both sides of the ball.

Going into his senior season, Collins is one of the better two-way talents coming out of the East TN region that will be expected to contribute in a major way at both receiver and safety. Stewart returns for his senior year after a solid junior campaign where 11 tackles for loss and 10 sacks on the season. If he puts up the same numbers or more, Stewart could play his way into a college scholarship. Maryville has several contenders for team MVP but Davis has to be the clear cut leader as this 6'0 senior back has some serious talent. He has the capabilities of rushing for 1,500 plus yards this year and put himself in contention for Mr. Football.

- - - - -

6A-Region 3 Team MVP's

Blackman: (DT) [player_tooltip player_id='390644' first='Archie' last='Roseman']

Coffee Co.: (LB) [player_tooltip player_id='250830' first='Jayden' last='Carter']

Oakland: (RB) [player_tooltip player_id='219387' first='Daune' last='Morris']

Riverdale: (RB/S) [player_tooltip player_id='219397' first='Dominic' last='Taylor']

Rockvale: (DB) [player_tooltip player_id='309135' first='Jaylan' last='Morgan']

Siegel: (RB) Kevin Endsley, Jr

- Looking through the Blaze roster, it was tough to choose their team MVP but after long thinking, I had to roll with Roseman. This 6 '4 big man has a chance to dominate the line of scrimmage this year for Blackman and he does his job while producing, the Blaze could become a sleeper team to watch in the playoffs. A multi year starter, Carter is an athletic backer that has a chance to lead the entire 6A ranks in tackles this year. Morris is not only the top player for team MVP but he is one of the favorites to walk away as Mr. Football in 6A ranks this year. A dynamic runner with breakaway speed, Morris is set to play his college ball at USC after committing to the Trojans this summer.

Just committing to MTSU, Taylor will be a team leader this year that will be expected to produce on both sides of the ball. This could turn out to be the best season yet from Taylor and a dark horse to contend for Mr. Football. Rockvale will be putting a lot on the shoulders of Morgan this year and I expect him to step up to the challenge. He is without question the team's MVP and one of the better prospects from the entire #TN2025 class. The Stars will need some guys to step up this Fall after losing some key performers and Endsley, Jr looks like the man in the driver seat to take on a lead role.

- - - - -

6A-Region 4 Team MVP's

Cookeville: (QB/LB) [player_tooltip player_id='353388' first='Blake' last='Owen']

Gallatin: (QB) [player_tooltip player_id='353896' first='Jackson' last='Stroup'] ‘26

Green Hill: (TE) [player_tooltip player_id='219336' first='Aaron' last='Mattingly']

Lebanon: (Ath) [player_tooltip player_id='1228699' first='Dameon' last='Calloway']

Mt. Juliet: (RB) [player_tooltip player_id='219347' first='Jonmikael' last='Crudup']

Warren Co.: (OL) [player_tooltip player_id='466286' first='Xander' last='McCormick']

Wilson Central: (QB) [player_tooltip player_id='258654' first='Gavin' last='Mayfield']

- Owen does everything for his Cavs team, including selling popcorn during timeouts. This dual threat quarterback and rangy linebacker has a chance to boost his stock this Fall and play his way into Mr. Football contention and multiple college offers. Stroup had a solid sophomore season where he showed upside to become one of the better QB's from the #TN2026 class and he can continue that progression this Fall where the Green Wave signal caller can put his team into region title contention. One of the more athletic pass catchers in the state, Mattingly is a game changer that will be very tough to handle for opposing defenders.

Picking up several offers throughout the off-season, Calloway looks to be the Blue Devils top playmaker this year, who should be creating magic on both sides of the ball. Crudup took full advantage of the off-season process where he improved his game in several areas to where I think he can run for over 1,500 yards this season and push his recruiting stock further. The Pioneers will have a tough go of it this year but McCormick is one guy who can make a difference. He might even gain some snaps at Def. Tackle where his size could be a problem for the opposition. Mayfield is a sneaky good quarterback with excellent leadership that is looking for a big breakout senior year.

Headed into the 2024 season, here we provide you players to watch this Fall as potential Team MVP's for every squad across the 6A ranks.
