Film Review: Defenders That Are Poised For Stardom!

He has quick hands being able to shed blocks and make a play on the ball carrier. He has the ability to set the edge and rally to the football. He is a player that is looking to make a big impact this season, seeing an increase in tackle numbers and sacks. He has a high motor and can bend the corner quickly to make a play in the backfield, at times chasing the ball carrier down on the opposite side of the field. He is great at being able to get off of blocks quickly, using good hand placement or making a move to get lineman off balance. He does show good power being able to drive his opponent back as well. He has the skill set to be a hybrid LB/DB that can drop back into coverage or hit home when his number is called. He is able to press and two gap on occasion, forcing the ball to his help side or make the play himself. He is a good open field tackler and is able to make an impact on special teams as well. He is able to spread out to get hands on receivers to reroute them, dropping back into coverage and coming down with an INT. He is dangerous after he gets his hands on the ball and can take it for a pick 6. He is able to set the edge, get off of the block and make a play, being a good open field tackler. He is a hard hitting backer that can stop ball carriers in their tracks and can dislodge the ball from receivers at times as well. He is a hard hitting backer that makes receivers pay for coming across the middle. He has the ability to drop back into coverage and make a play on the ball or dislodge it from receivers.
