A new addition to our rankings, one of just six prospects to debut inside the top 100 headed into their senior year, this feat always tough to accomplish. One of the best pound-for-pound playmakers the state has to offer, tucked away at Upper Darby HS. 5'9, 170 pounds, a build, and physique suitable for next-level back play. Unreal twitch displayed away from his RB reps, Johnson can show off serious acceleration skills when at KR/PR as well as at wideout. Would rank inside the top ten if designated an "RB", yet Johnson's overall skillset is too broad to solely call him a back. Hands and awareness make him a threat at virtually any alignment. Johnson has spent months on the recruiting trail tearing up competition anywhere he goes. Was the easy choice for RB MVP at our combine, one of the better performances I've witnessed in years at that position.

It's obvious FBS programs are unlikely to reach out at this point, yet I am a bit surprised FCS schools haven't inquired yet. I won't speculate as to why, yet I will vouch for Johnson serving as one of the better unoffered prospects in all of Pennsylvania.

Unsure how this massive TE/DE prospect fell through the cracks on my part. A baseball prospect, posting a .400avg in 65 at-bats for North Catholic HS. He self-reports some special numbers for his size, a 4.58 40, a 10'1 broad, a 32.5" vert to name a few. Received an offer out of Youngstown State this past June.

The Youngstown State offer is certainly a football one, despite myself not being able to find any substantial tape of Safar on the turf. I feel considerably less confused as to why we didn't have him on radar before. I usually do not rank kids without tape, yet I will honor whatever YSU sees in this young man, especially considering they are a lot closer to the young man than we are. Excited to see what he's capable of now that he isn't a surprise to the media.

Woodland Hills's [player_tooltip player_id='1317136' first='Lenair' last='Butler'] cracks our Top 150 after being previously unranked. Self-reports a 3.6 GPA, provides one hell of a build standing at 6'3, 220 pounds. The first 15 defensive linemen all received FBS grades, with Butler grading out as an FCS-worthy edge-rusher.

The first week in June saw Butler reel in his first FCS offer out of Maine. I hear nothing but good things regarding this young man's work ethic in terms of sharpening his skills as a pass-rusher, and the willingness to build and tone his body for next-level football as well. Can operate out of three or four down-linemen sets. Can count on Butler to pursue the football/BC until the whistle blows, good motor and drive. Interested in Butler's abilities with his hand off the dirt in OLB alignments. I say this because Butler doesn't exactly showcase pass-rush skills off the snap. He's one hell of a pursuer and finisher at the POA, but I wonder if Maine and other FCS schools prefer him in space. There's technique to be unlocked in Butler, his first-three tape in September will prove how far he's come since last Fall.

6'4, 275 pounds. 3.0 GPA. 6'6 wingspan. Currently holds offers out of Maine and Sacred Heard. Easily a top 100-125 prospect on a given night, holds a top 75 ceiling, a rank DeSanto could reach after his senior season ends. Baseball participant as well (LHP).

Left tackle reps showcased on tape. A springer when pulling, DeSanto is behind several key blocks throughout his ten-minute tape. Can play in wide/narrow splits alike. Can work in space out on an island against this level of competition (Exeter, PA). Can work narrow splits and pancake when run-blocking. High floor type of prospect, what you see is likely what you're going to get. DeSanto isn't raw, a ton of technique has been ironed out and witnessed on tape, I do wonder what his ceiling might be depending on weight gain and development. It's worth noting that DeSanto played at 265 last Fall, he's now at 275-280. The extra weight could prove sufficient for potential college suitors. Many are likely going to weight to pull the trigger after a "first-three" tape is released mid-September.

A number of Roman Catholic prospects received 1st-time offers out of Saint Francis in early June, with new Top15 wideout [player_tooltip player_id='1317143' first='Malik' last='Williams'] being included in that group.

6'1, 175. I'm admittedly out of the loop on all things Williams in terms of skillset on the turf. No Hudl tape to speak of, no clips on Twitter either. Was previously at Simon Gratz, yet can't find any junior tape on the 2025 athlete. An evaluation based on sophomore tape would do him a disservice, so I'll wait to truly evaluate Williams after some senior tape releases. His ranking is more me honoring SFU's stamp of approval this Summer. Williams floor and ceiling on our boards have yet to be determined.

6'3, 285 pounds. Self-reported 3.8 GPA. Likely a collegiate offensive linemen but can certainly flirt with defensive alignments. A lock in my eyes for PSAC offers, especially out West, with Dobrowsky receiving an FCS ceiling, D2 floor grade. Virginia Military Institute and Edinboro University have extended offers to the Montour senior, his 1st offer coming in late May of this year.

Junior tape played at 275 pounds, will be ten pounds heavier this coming Fall. Not too many prospects this size can "get skinny" between the tackles and create penetration before QBs hit the backfoot of their drop. Defensive tackle reps showcase the athletic profile Dobrowsky provides Montour. Dobrowsky closes the gap and gets into the chest of his opponent before his matchup can do the same. Has some pursuit tackles near the sideline which is impressive considering his size. At 285, Dobrowsky projects to tackle at the next level, his reps at this alignment are quality as his top 25 ranking suggets. Is an upper body steerer, can utilize great olbique torque to throw opposing DL away from the flow of the ball. Can toss kids out of the play within pass-pro sets, same goes for run-blocking sets. A natural disruptor who could flourish at tackle at the next level.
