He’s a complete offensive weapon, but he’s also a big-time defender. From his safety spot, he triggers downhill and delivers punishing hits at the point of attack. There’s a tone-setting physicality in the way he plays. He brings attitude, versatility, and toughness that defines this team.

Timmons had another strong outing for the Rams. He opened with a deep touchdown, later flashed in coverage against Watkins Jr., and rotated to safety in spots. His versatility was on full display. One of the most underrated sequences came on a punt return where he broke multiple tackles, showing elite playmaking instincts. Simply put, Timmons is a complete football player who impacts the game in all three phases, and Florida State is getting a rare talent in their 2026 commit.

Timmons continues to play well at defensive back and caused a big turnover by forcing a fumble when they were clinging to a 10-9 lead. Then, moments later, he caught a big touchdown reception. He finished with 4 catches for 81 yards and played well at defensive back as well. Timmons continues to show how talented a player he is.

Then as a receiver, he does a good job of catching the ball and running routes. He has legit speed and can beat cornerbacks off the line to make plays as well.
