To me, Pine-Richland is the favorite to win the WPIAL and the PIAA 5A Championship. They are a loaded football team with talent.

is a big piece of it. He is a dominant offensive tackle who is a nasty run blocker. He destroys defenders when he drives and blocks them off the ball. He is also a devastating defensive tackle who is hard to drive off the ball. They play Shaler this week, and they need Webb to play his best ball going forward.

from his film, and he absolutely lived up to expectations. Webb is a true trench player who impacts the game on both sides of the ball. Defensively, he projects best as an interior lineman. He’s got the natural strength to bully smaller opponents with his bull rush, but what stands out is his hand usage. He combines power with violent, refined technique, his push-pull and rip moves are sharp and effective. He’s quick off the ball and consistently resets the line of scrimmage. On offense, despite playing out of his natural position (he’s typically a center), Webb lined up at tackle and handled himself exceptionally well. His power base and ability to anchor against the edge rush were impressive. For a junior, his maturity and consistency up front stand out. By the time he’s a senior, he’ll be one of the best two-way linemen in the WPIAL. He’s got legitimate college potential on either side of the ball.

Webb has all the tools to be one of the premier centers His size and power allow him to consistently win leverage battles, and he has a knack for reaching shaded defenders and sealing them off with his hips, a skill that separates great centers from good ones. He’s explosive off the snap, bringing a heavy strike with his hands, and his anchor in pass protection makes it extremely difficult for interior rushers to generate push. Webb also shows strong awareness, picking up stunts and blitzes with poise beyond his years. While he’s disruptive on defense as well, his offensive tape still stands out: a big, physical lineman who combines technique, toughness, and football IQ to control the line of scrimmage.

Webb made his presence felt in the trenches. He has a very impressive twitch at his size and has natural strength that allowed him to disrupt Central Catholic’s backfield throughout the night. He’s equally valuable on the offensive side of the ball, where he anchors the Rams’ line at center. Webb is a true two-way interior presence who projects as one of the top linemen in Pennsylvania’s 2027 class.

is a force on the Pine-Richland defensive line. Webb is an interior force clogging and stalemating gaps, while also having juice as a pass rusher. Webb was dominant in his sophomore season, and I can see him carving out even more production as a run stopping DT entering his Junior year.

is a good two-way lineman for Pine-[highschool_tooltip highschool_id=’1477616′ name=’Richland’]. When you watch his film, you see the talent screaming off the film. He is a good athlete who moves well. He played more as a defensive tackle compared to the offensive line, but the way he moves is impressive, as he can fire off the ball well. As a defensive tackle, he gets off the ball well and makes many plays in or near the line of scrimmage. He also showed a motor that never stops. Now, imagine him playing as a guard or tackle, and you can see the talent is there as an offensive lineman as well. Webb has a chance to rise on this list next year because of how talented he is. He recently visited Virginia, and I expect he will be doing the College Football tour list this spring and summer.
