Possesses good size and length in his frame at 6'2” 190 lbs. with the growth potential to add weight as he develops/progresses. At receiver, he flashes excellent initial speed off the line using his hard drive phase to close DB cushion and run by coverage. He's a strider that has the long speed to stretch the field vertically. On defense, he flies up to attack the ball carrier flashing good change of direction and acceleration out of his break. He's got plus range to play sideline to sideline and can break down in space to make an open field tackle. One of the fastest rising prospects in the state this offseason bringing in eight D1 offers and making a huge jump in the updated 2025 rankings.

Committed to Washington

8 Offers: Washington, Cal, SDSU, Utah, San Jose State, Oregon State, Washington State, Arizona

https://twitter.com/DejiAjose7/status/1807128250168303656

Sharma has continued to rise up rankings and recruiting boards throughout his career and cemented himself as one of the top 2025 DL prospects in the state. He's shows good flexibility and movement skills at his size of 6'6” 300 lbs. Quick off the ball he's explosive out of his stance to gain ground and establish positional leverage on the snap. Like his ability to mix it up and beat blockers with speed or power moves. Size and length (79 inch wingspan) allows him to eat up space on the interior and be a two-gap defender. Strong at the POA, he's got good contact balance with the ability to overpower opponents or anchor down to neutralize a blocker. Chases hard in pursuit and can move in the short area to redirect between the tackles. Originally committed to Washington but flipped to Oregon in late June after official visits to other top tier programs like Alabama and Texas.

Committed to Oregon

23 Offers: Oregon, Alabama, Texas, Washington, Arizona, Arkansas, Auburn, Cal, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Michigan, NC State, Nevada, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Sacramento State, SDSU, SMU, USC, Utah, Washington State

https://twitter.com/josiah_sharma/status/1746628262456140092

Ploog is a prime example of the highly coveted basketball player turned TE. At 6'6” 215 lbs. he's got the size of a TE but moves like a WR. He's a high ceiling prospect with a developing frame to add weight/strength as he matures. He runs well with good straight line speed to threaten the defense vertically while showing he can use his body control and coordination to track and adjust to the ball in the air. Love his leaping ability and concentration to go up and compete for the ball at the high point. Sees the ball into his hands and demonstrates he can make contested catches in traffic with defenders closing in. Was a 1,000 yard receiver as a junior adding 12 touchdowns on 61 receptions but still has tons of raw untapped potential to build on. Picked up 12 D1 offers from a variety of P4/G5 programs before committing to Washington in late June.

Committed to Washington

12 Offers: Washington, Cal, Utah, ASU, SMU, Michigan State, Minnesota, Oregon State, SDSU, San Jose State, UNLV, Washington State

https://twitter.com/vander_ploog/status/1805671885319159877

Castro is a dynamic athlete with a good combination of natural coverage instincts and technical ability. He's a lockdown corner that can use his speed and change of direction to track the hip and stay in phase at all three levels. Smart in coverage, he's able to anticipate and recognize routes as the play develops to bait QB's into bad throws and create turnovers. Well-coached, he's got good footwork, eye discipline, and hand usage to maintain positional leverage during the route and with the ball in the air. Reactionary quickness allows him to get an early break on the ball with good body control and timing at the catch point. Jumped almost 30 spots in the overall 2025 state rankings to break into the top 20 and hold the #4 spot at his position.

Committed to USC

12 Offers: USC, Texas, Arizona, Cal, Colorado, Minnesota, Oregon State, SDSU, UNLV, Utah, Washington, Washington State

https://twitter.com/TrestinCastro/status/1720995912263295125

Ford jumped nearly 20 spots in the updated overall rankings to get inside the top 50 while remaining the #4 TE in the state. At 6'6” 230 lbs. he checks a lot of boxes as major D1 TE that is effective both as a receiver and inline blocker. He's a smooth athlete at that size can move his body, get in/out of his cuts, and play the ball in the air. He's got strong hands at the catch point with the ability to extend and pull in receptions outside his framework. Does a good job using his size to his advantage boxing out defenders to create a throwing lane. Great redzone and jump ball threat. Strong at the POA when blocking in the run game, he can bring heavy initial contact and finish his blocks. Stock has continued to rise over the last two years pulling in 12 offers before committing to Arizona in April.

Committed to Arizona

12 Offers: Arizona, Boston College, Cal, Nevada, Oregon State, SDSU, San Jose State, UCLA, UNLV, Washington, Washington State, Wyoming

https://twitter.com/FordKellan/status/1735447485626323191
