The Sharma show has arrived in Folsom and is here to stay. The Texas commit has finally been cleared by the SJS, and in his first game back was a true trench wrecker for the Bulldogs. Folsom boasts multiple Division I guys across their defensive front at all four spots, and the addition of Sharma makes them one of the top defensive lines in the state. Sharma was unblockable against a tough Oak Ridge squad, and had a handful of TFL’s in the contest, and provided numerous pressures and negative plays for the Folsom defensive front, while showing is elite twitch, get off and relentless pursuit to the ball.

Sharma had 45 tackles, 15 for a loss, five sacks and two forced fumbles for Inderkum of Sacramento last season.
He had committed to Oregon on June 28 and also took visits to Alabama and Washington.
Greg Biggins of 247Sports reported that Sharma was on the Texas campus last week for the Horns big Pool Bash party and flipped his commitment.
Sharma is the second player from California in Texas’ 2025 recruiting class.

Sharma has continued to rise up rankings and recruiting boards throughout his career and cemented himself as one of the top 2025 DL prospects in the state. He’s shows good flexibility and movement skills at his size of 6’6” 300 lbs. Quick off the ball he’s explosive out of his stance to gain ground and establish positional leverage on the snap. Like his ability to mix it up and beat blockers with speed or power moves. Size and length (79 inch wingspan) allows him to eat up space on the interior and be a two-gap defender. Strong at the POA, he’s got good contact balance with the ability to overpower opponents or anchor down to neutralize a blocker. Chases hard in pursuit and can move in the short area to redirect between the tackles. Originally committed to Washington but flipped to Oregon in late June after official visits to other top tier programs like Alabama and Texas.

Sharma is one of the elite defensive tackles in the nation, with 20+ offers and is going to join this loaded Folsom front in ’24. He committed to Oregon in June after announcing his top five as Washington, Texas, Oregon and Alabama and is a huge get for the Ducks. Sharma will be the most dominating player up front across the entire section, and with two other starters in this Folsom front with FBS caliber abilities, this looks to be a loaded defensive line for the bulldogs.

Impressive two-way lineman but has established himself as one of the premier interior DL prospects in the region and quickly becoming a national recruit. At 6’6” 300 lbs. he possesses an ideal frame with a rare combination of size, strength, and athleticism. He’s continued to show great year over year improvement/development in his technique. He flashes great initial quickness off the LOS to gain positional leverage and beat blockers out of their stance. A natural bender that has body control and the short area speed to redirect and pursue the ball.
