This 2027 class is loaded especially at the WR position as you have numerous prospect that already look to be a division 1 talent, along with others who hold a ton of potential. Take a look at five WR's from the 2027 class that are on the rise:

Lancaster has caught the eye of the whole state and I've been raving about this kid for a few months now, just like everyone else. He's listed as a TE but is so dynamic that he's a clear mismatch from anywhere on the field and a nightmare vs man coverage. Lancaster truly checks all the boxes as your future P5 starter this early, which is a scary thought if you're game planning against him. Definitely the fastest rising kid in the state with his 20 offers which will only continue to grow. A clear national target that deserves all the offers and attention he is getting.

[player_tooltip player_id='591191' first='Jai' last='Jones'], Chandler

Jones transferred over to Chandler from Corona del Sol and has been having a great offseason and generating a ton of attention. He currently holds 5 offers from Oregon, Cal, UTEP, Idaho, and Northern Arizona. He sizes up with a 6'2" 175lb frame and possesses excellent twitch, burst, top end speed, and body control as he's already a pretty polished WR. Natural ball skills all around and shows some really good maturity for a young prospect, as he clearly holds a high ceiling moving forward. With 5 offers already, Jones will be a double digit offer kid relatively soon and will end up being one of the highest recruited kid's in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='549596' first='Zerek' last='Sidney'], Desert Edge

Sidney saw his stock rise quickly this spring and will enter his sophomore year with a big role on that contending Desert Edge squad that's loaded with prospects. He holds a handful of offers from Arizona State, UTEP, Arizona, Washington, Cal, UMass, and Colorado State. Sharp route runner with the ability to explode at the top of his route with a burst to generate clear separation, as he's showcased that ability a ton this spring. Good boundary awareness, ball skills, and body control as he's developing into a dynamic threat.

[player_tooltip player_id='1190644' first='Dontay' last='Tyson'], Peoria

Tyson is an up and coming kid that I think we are about to see explode onto the scene this fall. He ignited his recruitment this summer by picking up an offer from Colorado State in May and recently picked up an offer from Arizona. Tyson holds elite level top end speed and is a big play threat every time he touches the ball. He didn't look like a freshman by the way he moved last year, as he has a high level of instincts and body control to go along with that lethal speed. Just a flat out game changer and a very impressive athlete that is prone for a huge sophomore season and a highly followed high school career.

[player_tooltip player_id='677784' first='Braylon' last='Kasper'], Williams Field (Pictured above)

I think Kasper is the best kept secret in the 2027 class right now. Hard working kid with competitive toughness and possesses solid twitch, burst, change of direction and speed to translate into his routes with fluidity. He does a great job tracking the ball and knows how to control his body to put himself in position to make a play. Really good leaping ability as well as he shows flashes of going up and winning those contested catches. I scouted his older brother Kyler a few years ago who's now at Oregon, and his dad Kevin had an 8 year NFL career, so the IQ and bloodline is definitely there. Don't be surprised if this kid pops loose this fall.
