I have been getting to a ton of camps, seeing a ton of prospects and getting to evaluate a large number of athletes. This article we'll be spotlighting some of the game changing, play making receivers that have shown their commitment this offseason and who has set themselves up for an incredible fall.

Aljanaby has put in so much work, and it will pay off big this season. His release is as good as it gets, he can run just about any route on the tree and run it with precision. He doesn't round off routes, he doesn't beat the drum at the top of the route or tip off his route at all. His change of direction is abrupt, he has the speed to run by his defender, and his hands are elite. He really has done everything in his power to become the best receiver he can be, and I think he will be a nightmare to stop this fall. College coaches better have this kid on their radar.

Calmese has been doing everything in his power to solidify his spot as one of the best slots in the state of Michigan. "Fatbaby" has elite speed and change of direction to get behind defenders, and when the ball comes his way, it's a sure thing that he will haul it in. His catch radius is absurd for his size, and his vertical serves him well. In that Detroit King offense, I think Calmese is going to have an incredible season and see his offers start rolling in.

D1 schools are offering at a pretty high rate, and I think this fall could be one for the ages for Colin. He's one of the most explosive playmakers we have to offer in the state. Every time he gets the rock it has the potential to be a touchdown. Colin is athletic receiver who can get behind a defense quickly, and he does a good job of winning jump balls especially in the redzone. I really like his really high ceiling and am expecting a big time 2024 season.

Larner has gone to work this offseason, and I really like what he has going on now. He has improved in most aspects of his game, and made himself a legitimate prospect for the next level. He has a much improved release, his attention to detail on his routes is elite, and his athleticism continues to get better and better. I think the DeWitt offense is going to be extremely good, and I'm predicting that Abram is going to see a significant jump in production this season.

Lanier could have an absolutely unbelievable 2024 season. He's the kind of receiver that can get open in a variety of ways. He can create separation with quick cuts and great fakes, he can speed by the DBs and have them beat quickly, and he can win 50/50 balls with his great athleticism. The Chippewa Valley offense is elite more often than not, and I think Lanier is going to have ample opportunity to have some incredible numbers. Look for a huge explosion from [player_tooltip player_id='247647' first='Deshaun' last='Lanier'] in his senior season.

I have been getting to a ton of camps, seeing a ton of prospects and getting to evaluate a large number of athletes. This article we'll be spotlighting some of the game changing, play making receivers that have shown their commitment this offseason and who has set themselves up for an incredible fall.
