In case you didn’t notice, not only is Gray the top ranked linemen he is also our number 1 recruit for the entire class. Gray is one of top ranked recruits in the entire country and has 20 plus Power 5 offers. He blows you away on tape both on the offensive and defensive line.
A top 100 ranked basketball star as well, Gray has a plethora of choices for his college destination. He is 6’4 and 285 pounds and has yet to take a snap as a junior. You can see why LSU is really hoping his next visit lines up with his commitment to the Tigers
I do think he can play on the defensive line at the next level too and honestly prefer him on that side, but he is in good shape either way.

Profiled Scruggs back in March below and he hasn’t slowed down since, shooting up ranking boards throughout various companies. Loudoun County has many outstanding talents in this and their 2025 class but with all due Scruggs may be the highest rated prospect in quite some time. Here is what I wrote back in March when his name was started to gain major traction:
One of our biggest misses from our 2026 rankings a year ago was Loudoun County’s power 5 to be offensive tackle Carter Scruggs Carter Scruggs 6'6" | 290 lbs | OL Loudoun County | 2026 State VA . The rising junior is rapidly rising up everyone’s ranking board across the entire country, he is 6’6 285 lbs. and has a 3.93 gpa. The second team all state selector is a versatile tackle who can play guard or center for you if needed. He is too valuable to move inside though as he mauls defenders on the outside, the young man is just coming into form. Not even entering the 11th grade and Scruggs has offers from Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh, Penn State and Indiana with the list ever changing. Come this season the Captains have some really nice talent including the player below, but it all seems to start with Carter Scruggs Carter Scruggs 6'6" | 290 lbs | OL Loudoun County | 2026 State VA .

12 FBS offers and counting Green Run’s Thomas Wilder Thomas Wilder 6'7" | 285 lbs | OL Green Run | 2026 State VA checks in at number 3 and 12th overall. A large physical man at 6’7 and 285 lbs. Wilder is a mean dude out on the field. He loves pancaking defenders at the next level and flies off the ball looking for who his next target can become.
A big lean tackle, who can protect your blindside or be your lead run blocker. Hard not to see why so many schools are after, he looks ready to play on Saturdays right now.
A strong lean presence protecting the blindside is Benedictine College Prep standout Maddox Cochrane Maddox Cochrane 6'7" | 270 lbs | OL Benedictine College Prep | 2026 State VA . Very powerful right off the snap this dude gets after you and stays after you never leaving his block early. Cochrane flies around the field looking for who he is going to decleat next, he will be a power 5 football player when all is said and done.

Really hard not to like what you see on tape with Trinity Episcopal big right tackle Brady Sakowitz Brady Sakowitz 6'7" | 320 lbs | OL Trinity Episcopal School | 2026 State VA he gets after his opponents with fierce and strength. A 3 star rated talent out of most any sites Sakowitz has the potential to be playing at the division 1 level in two short years to come. When he gets his pads level low and gets his hands inside his defender its over.
Highlights
When you watch Jaiden Edwards Jaiden Edwards 6'5" | 260 lbs | OL Christiansburg | 2026 State VA play its clear that he could play major college football at both offensive or defensive line. Edwards has a quick first step and when he gets his pad level connected you can see the potential. Thus far he has an offer from Virginia Tech but with his name making the rounds of the summer camps circuit soon expect those offers to increase.

Gainesville Reed Hobbs Reed Hobbs 6'6" | 290 lbs | OL Gainesville | 2026 State VA is next in line in what has already become an impressive school in a short time frame under Coach Bruton. Our 7th ranked lineman and 55th overall I have profiled Hobbs before but I agree with what my colleague Cole Laing had to say below:
Reed has elite height and good size for an offensive guard standing at 6’6″ and 280 lbs. Displays good strength, solid explosiveness, and hand quickness. He is able to gain a latch on defenders and utilize his strength to turn them out of the gap and force them to the ground with good finish on his blocks. He also shows good anchor ability in pass protection with good use of hands to push defenders off balance in their pass rush. Reed has good upside as he continues to develop his game over the next couple of seasons.

Playing for a traditional powerhouse Varina’s Jadon Baskerville Jadon Baskerville 6'3" | 230 lbs | OL Varina | 2026 State VA will be a name to watch this fall. A versatile physical presence Baskerville can play guard or tackle at a high level. His pass blocking is impressive but he really excels in the run game and I could see him transition to Power 5 guard in college. Holding two offers so far, its only a matter of time where everyone gets to know this standout.

Another stud among that gigantic line for Trinity Episcopal our 9th ranked prospect Miles Love Miles Love 6'3" | 280 lbs | OL Trinity Episcopal | 2026 State VA looks like the real deal. He has offers from Marshall and East Carolina already but I suspect his list to grow very soon. 6’3 and 280 lbs. Love can play guard or center his footwork is on point right off the snap. When he extends his arms you can see why he exceeds so well in the Titans run game. Expect him to join his teammates along their line with 10 plus FBS offers come seasons end.

Big time division 1 potential out of Anthony Morgan Jr. Anthony Morgan Jr. 6'6" | 295 lbs | OL Catholic | 2026 State VA he is one of the fastest linemen I saw on tape. When he lowers his base and comes off the football his steps and power go hand in hand. Standing at 6’6 and 295 of lean muscle AJ Morgan will be playing on Saturdays on television very soon.
