In the month of June, we’re updating all of our prospect rankings on Prep Redzone Oklahoma. We’ve seen a ton of football this offseason from the 7v7 circuit to camps to most recently with team camps. We kicked off our month of ranking updates last week with a look at the 2027 class as they head into their sophomore seasons this fall. This week, it’s time to look at the 2026 class. On Monday, our 2026 rankings were updated to include the Top 125 players in the upcoming junior class. You can check out the updated rankings right here. In this post, we’re putting the spotlight on five prospects that could end up being breakout stars during the football season this fall. For one reason or another, these guys might not be as known right now but could be after this season. Keep it locked in to Prep Redzone Oklahoma every Monday this month for another ranking update!
Booker T Washington’s
Keynan Farley

Booker T Washington | 2026

has all the tools to be one of the best wide receivers in the Tulsa area this season. He checks every box from a physicality standpoint. He has the unique ability to make just about any catch necessary with one or two hands. Now, he just needs to put it all together when it matters the most. Farley has had an outstanding spring, both on the 7v7 circuit and with Booker T Washington. Every time we’ve seen him, he’s routinely been one of the best athletes on the field. So it won’t surprise us one bit if he ends up having that breakout moment this fall. In fact, at this point, we somewhat expect it to happen as long as he plays to his potential.
North Rock Creek made their first ever playoff appearance last season and now they’re looking to take the next step. They’ll have a few players to watch out for this season but Memphis Burdine Memphis Burdine 6'3" | ATH North Rock Creek | 2026 State OK is near the top of that list. We watched Burdine in person this spring at one of the team camps and while it was a limited viewing, he did a lot to impress us in a short amount of time. First off, Burdine looks the part from a physical standpoint. And this season won’t be his first rodeo as he was productive last season for the Cougars. Whether it’s on offense or defense, Burdine has the potential to be an absolute star on a North Rock team that is looking to have that breakout moment as well.

We’ve written quite a bit about Bixby wide receiver
Cetcher DeHart

over the last six months but it’s been strictly for what he’s done on the 7v7 circuit. DeHeart was one of the more consistent wide receivers we watched this offseason but it will obviously look different when the pads come on. However, we got our first glimpse of that in May at the team camp in Bixby and DeHart was just as dangerous with the pads on as he was with them off. We think that he has the potential to be a breakout star in this Bixby offense. The Spartans have a few playmakers at the wide receiver position but DeHart is going to be able to find ways to get open and the chemistry he has with his QB is outstanding.

Lincoln Christian’s
Carter Ricke

Lincoln Christian | 2026

could be the next top quarterback to come out of this Lincoln Christian program. Lincoln Christian has produced top quarterbacks year after year and Ricke could be the one and he’s waited his turn. Last season, he played on defense in the secondary but this year, he gets the keys to the offense and he’s ready to roll. He throws a really good ball and did a good job of throwing on the run when we saw him in person this spring. And let’s face it, Lincoln Christian has turned into a pipeline for quarterbacks so it’d be hard to believe that Ricke won’t have a breakout moment at the QB position this season. The defending champs will be fun to watch.
Another quarterback to keep an eye on this season is Acyn Hansen Acyn Hansen 6'0" | QB Jones | 2026 State OK at Jones. And just like Ricke, Hansen has genetics on his side and playing for a program that feels like a quarterback factory at this point. Jones has done a remarkable job over the last decade producing quarterbacks at a high level and Hansen could be the next guy in those shoes. He had a terrific spring and did a good job at the team camp we covered in May. And the thing that makes him so dangerous is the talent he has around him. His receiver group is very deep and Hansen has the chance to put up some big numbers. He’ll be starting for the first time this fall but we expect him to come out swinging in 2024.
