No reason not to believe that Colgan quarterback George Hall III George Hall III 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Colgan | 2026 State VA will not be on many college coaches radars very soon. The way he finished last season, the Sharks know they have something special with Hall. Hall has a calming presence and did a great job stepping as a sophomore to nearly lead Colgan on a playoff run (they were 1 game out). He really improved as the season wore in both his accuracy and decision making, no reason not to think he can take his game to the next level this fall.

I am drinking the Kool Aid that Head Coach Reggie Scott is pouring over at Colgan but linebacker LJ Richards LJ Richards 6'1" | 210 lbs | LB Colgan | 2026 State VA is definitely worth it. Putting up ridiculous numbers as a sophomore starter, Richards stats are set to be broken by him, especially with the graduation of a couple of key defenders for the Sharks.

Virginia Academy has some dudes in this class but with apologies to this whole group incoming transfer Kwalei Carter Kwalei Carter 5'9" | 185 lbs | ATH Virginia Academy | 2026 VA may be our biggest stock riser. Already blessed with 6 offers, Carter is a bad man at corner/safety/receiver and you name it he can do it. Playing for Patrick Henry High School last season, he has reclassified to 2026 and should be one of top 50 ranked players when the rankings are updated in June.

While the Lions will miss Marcus Ferguson Marcus Ferguson 5'7" | 150 lbs | RB Saint Michael The Archangel | 2026 State VA Jr. impact offensively, the reason I still feel really good about Unity Reed having a bounce back year is cause of young bucks like Adam Said stepping up to the challenge. A tough young linebacker who came along as his sophomore season progressed, Said may be one of the fasters backers in the district.
Back healthy again Jamir Brown Jamir Brown 5'10" | 145 lbs | DB Unity Reed | 2026 VA is another major reason why I believe Unity Reed can have one of the top defenses in Prince William County. Playing both strong safety and outside linebacker Brown has great closing speed and footwork he really can be a weapon for the Lions defense. With a set of playmakers in the linebacker group, it may be in their best interest to keep Brown at safety and have as many stars on the field at once.
His footwork and speed alone are going to attract college coaches after his junior campaign, back healthy and determined are going to get him to the next level!
