. He just picked up a well deserved offer from UNC Pembroke earlier this week. Personally I think this is a great fit for Ferguson’s skill set and I will be curious to see if many more local division 2 schools start offering him too. Ferguson has been one of the top running backs in Virginia for the past three seasons.

St. Michael’s Running Back has had a great season. He is a solid outside runner to stretch the edge of the defense with a good up field cut creating good burst. Solid inside runner with good vision and burst to the second level. Patient to allow block to develop and takes what is given to him. Solid contact balance to keep his feet through contact and weak tackles. His film shows him to be a quality, dependable back for St. Michaels.

I will miss covering Ferguson locally but was happy to see his touchdown run in the Warriors victory. He looked just like he did the last couple of season for Unity Reed, a hard nosed tough running back.
Being in an offense that includes many division 1 prospect will only help Ferguson’s recruiting as he enters his junior season. He reclassified this past off-season and just as I expected he is giving Saint Michael’s a new dynamic to their explosive offense.

Jr. was one of the best running backs I watch play last fall, and he will be a great addition to the Warriors offense. Looking for more notice and exposure, Ferguson announced his transfer intention this past spring. A powerful quick back who never goes down on first contact, playing behind a stellar offensive line should give him plenty of opportunities. Similar to Woods, he also reclassified and is sky rocketing up colleges wish list.

Can return kicks/punts. Formerly out of Unity Reed HS in Manassas, Virginia. Will now suit up for Saint Michael the Archangel. Should be ranked a bit higher in hindsight, especially after the news he’s transferring to what’s likely to be a better environment to produce.
I agree with Vic’s assessment, Ferguson is going to be a great addition to an already explosive Warriors offense.

Jr.. This young man did everything for the Lions these last couple of seasons and like Woods he has reclassified to 2026 and transferred to Saint Michaels The Archangel Catholic High School. Scouts have been sleeping on Ferguson for quite some time, he will show all the Warriors fans how good he is come fall. A versatile running back who catches the ball really well out of the backfield, he will be a nice addition for quarterback

jr. is a talented high character back who will be on your radar soon. He does everything for the Lions including, kickoff returns and some slot receiver work. An excellent student who is near a 4.0 GPA and in advanced honors classes, he is a student of the game and it shows. While he may not be on the FBS level quite yet, he very well could be soon.

Jr., it was clear early on that Gar-Field was keying on him and he would not back down. Despite being met in the backfield on numerous occasions the junior back was able to make plays. He had arguable the play of the night where he nearly took a kickoff return for a touchdown and found the endzone on the same drive with a 7 yard dash. Regardless of the outcome big things are ahead for Ferguson, by the way he has a 3.9 GPA!

One of the top running backs in the state this young man is the real deal, check out his sophomore season below. Only at 5’7 Ferguson proves size does not matter each time he hits the hole with warped speed. His footwork and vision are on point, you can see why his name is garnering attention from FCS schools already. Poised for an even bigger role offensively this year, Ferguson could have the interest of FBS schools in due time. He has a 3.9 GPA and you can see his high IQ on the football field as well.
