He has prototypical size and above-average accuracy for being so young, and he has a surprising amount of touch on his passes as well. Watching his deep balls land exactly where they should on such a consistent basis is beautiful to see.

He also has the arm strength to zip balls on a rope anywhere within 15 yards, and Fulton does a great job of placing the ball high and inside on slants.

Fulton is going to be special, and the FBS offers should begin to start rolling in shortly as he gets ready to enter his sophomore year.
