Matty had a great Sophomore season in 2023. His very good play was a bright spot in the 3-8 season of the Dublin Jerome Celtics where they averaged 23 points per game. He plays both outside WR positions. He is quick off the LOS and shows great play speed as he gets behind the CB on go routes. He tracks the ball well in the air before showing solid hands as he possesses a catch radius that enables him to catch the ball with his hands extended away from his body. Excellent mental toughness allows him to elevate his game when in the redzone scoring multiple touchdowns with ease.
Highlights
Shawn played very well as a Sophomore in 2023. His solid play was a bright spot in the 5-6 season of the Xenia Buccaneers where they averaged 22.75 points per game. He plays both outside WR positions. On vertical routes, he gets behind the CB easily with his solid play speed. He displays good football intelligence as he reads the coverage and finds the soft spot in the zone coverage. He displays good hands as he catches the ball with ease with his hands. When going over the middle after the catch is made, he displays very good contact balance as he breaks tackles from DB and picks up a first down.
Highlights
Evan played great as a Sophomore in 2023 as he caught 44 passes for 744 yds (16.3 YPC) and scored 5 TD. His very good play was a bright spot in the 3-8 season of the Turpin Spartans. He plays on the outside as an XWR. He is quick off the LOS and displays excellent play speed as he takes the top off the defense on go routes. He displays solid hands as he makes the catch. After the catch is made, he exhibits above-average acceleration as he outruns all defenders on a long touchdown reception. He also displays very good ability in contested catch situations as he snatches the ball away from the DB and wins in 50/50 situations.
Quincy had a very good Sophomore season in 2023. His outstanding play helped the Centerville Elks to an 8-win season where they advanced to the 2nd round of the playoffs and averaged 21.75 points per game. He plays mainly on the outside as an XWR. He is quick off the LOS and shows great football intelligence as he finds the soft spot in zone coverage. He displays very good hands as he makes the catch with his hands away from his body. After the catch is made, he displays an outstanding combination of power and speed breaking tackles before picking up significant yardage.
Highlights
Drew played well as a Sophomore in 2023. His solid play was a bright spot in the 1-9 season of the Springboro Panthers. He plays as a slot WR. He effectively reads the coverage and shows great running ability as he breaks off his stem and displays very good hands as he makes the catch. After the catch is made, he displays good play speed as he outruns all defenders and scores on a long touchdown reception. He does a great job of working his way back to the QB when the play breaks down. He exhibits great mental toughness as he rises to the occasion in the redzone.
