Summer is almost upon us and before we know it, prospects across the country will be descending on college football camps across the country. The prospects listed below are names that I believe could have a big summer. Most of these prospects were standouts at the varsity level and a few have even picked up FBS offers. I think these guys are just getting started and could be in for a big 2024 campaign.

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='1190644' first='Dontay' last='Tyson'] 6'2" 170, Peoria

A dynamic returner with instant acceleration, vision, and impressive top-end speed once he gets going. He's got easy change of direction and is quite explosive once he gets his hands on the football.

DB: [player_tooltip player_id='1190654' first='Cameron' last='Pope'] 6'2" 175, Crimson

A lengthy safety prospect who plays downhill, has great range in the passing game and had quality production from a tackling standpoint. He's smooth transitioning out of his breaks and has the burst to quickly close on intended targets.

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='591191' first='Jai' last='Jones'] 6'2" 175, Chandler

A YAC machine that is electric in the open and can make you miss in a phone booth. He's a pure hands catcher who works back to the football at the top of his route and can turn quick game concepts into chunk yardage plays. With him likely getting more touches next fall, don't be shocked if his recruitment blows up.

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='930217' first='Isaiah' last='Justice'] 6' 180, Desert Mountain

Justice is a competitor on the jump ball and has the hands to make circus-like grabs. He shows excellent concentration and the body control to adjust back to the football on underthrows. His film was limited, but in the clips that I did see, this young man is extremely athletic and has the competitive nature you look for in a wideout.

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='1258661' first='Jimmel' last='Champion'] 6'2" 170, Salpointe Catholic

Jimmel is another kid with limited film, but from the clips I did watch you can see the strength to separate at the top of the route, the ability to use his frame to post up defenders, and durable hands through contact.

DB: Maxwell Miles, 6'1" 175, Central

Miles is another kid with great range, he shows excellent anticipation on vertical route concepts and has overall good ball production. He can flip his hips, turn and run & track down intended targets on shot plays, and has a knack at a young age of creating turnovers.
