Rico Blassingame Rico Blassingame 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Tolleson | 2026 State AZ , WR ’26
Blassingame is in position for a huge junior campaign and will be touted with a massive role at Tolleson, as they’ll look to get the ball in his hands any chance they get. He currently holds 8 offers which include Arizona State, Arizona, Washington, UNLV, Louisville, UConn, Colorado State and Northern Arizona. He sizes up with a 6’3″ 180lb frame and is your prototypical X/Z receiver and a sure vertical threat. Excellent ball skills and body control along with a leaping ability, making him a huge threat on any contested catch opportunity. Good position IQ as he shows spatial awareness and coverage recognition, as I love his ability to take advantage and manipulate inside or outside leverage accordingly. Good speed especially when he kicks into gear in the 2nd level with his long strides, but has also shown flashes to utilize active feet to get in and out of breaks. It’s very evident on film that manned up opponents feel threatened by the combination of his size, speed, and creativity.
Judah Lancaster Judah Lancaster 6'4" | 205 lbs | TE Tolleson | 2027 State AZ , TE ’27
Lancaster is a 6’4″ 200lb tight end that is seeing his recruiting jumpstart. He recently picked up offers from Northern Arizona, Arizona, UNLV, and holds a previous offer from Arizona State. Heading into his sophomore season, I think Lancaster will be one of the highest recruited prospects in the state when it’s all said and done. They liked to split him out in the slot where he was a mismatch due to his size, as he possesses really good ball skills and can catch the ball in traffic without hesitation to take hits. Large catch radius due to his length but also possesses a good leaping ability to go over the top and win contested catches. Physical blocker when needed as well, as he looked to really improve throughout the season and figure out how to use and control his body/strength. A really exciting young prospect with a very high ceiling moving forward.
Kristian Escobedo Kristian Escobedo 5'11" | 165 lbs | QB Tolleson | 2027 AZ , QB ’27
Escobedo enters his sophomore season with a big role to fill after a top 2025 QB Tagg Harrison Tagg Harrison 6'0" | 170 lbs | QB Tolleson | 2025 State AZ transferred to Simi Valley in California. No matter the pressure and hype, Escobedo stepped up as a freshman in 2023 playing in 8 games. He ended up throwing for 461 yards and 3 TD’s and added a rushing TD as well. Regardless of that, Escobedo steps into a prominent role surrounded by two legit division 1, game changer type of WR’s to get the rock to with Blassingame and Lancaster. He flashed a quick release with solid arm strength all around a season ago, and also flashed some escape ability to extend plays and deliver throws outside the pocket. However, I do think the game will slow down for him with a year under his belt, so I expect to see him hang in the pocket a bit longer and show more anticipation for those routes to develop. But even with that, the ability to escape the pocket and make something out of nothin is 100% there, giving him potential to be that next young breakout QB in AZ. It’s always intriguing to see a young prospect take over the reigns to an offense, and I believe Escobedo will impress and continue to progress throughout his sophomore season.
