Cooks ran for 657 yards on 68 carries with 9 touchdowns last season for Sierra Canyon. He caught 22 passes for 292 yards with a pair of touchdowns.
He was previously committed to San Diego State but re-opened his recruitment in October.

Damari Hall
Sierra Canyon class of 2027 star Damari Hall was offered by Marshall this past week.
He had tow pass deflections on varsity as a freshman last season with five tackles.
Hall visited SMU and TCU recently. He has an offer from Washington State and is the younger brother of USC signee Xavier Jordan Xavier Jordan 6’1″ | 165 lbs | WR Sierra Canyon | 2024 State CA .
Mater Dei (Santa Ana) class of 2026 defensive back Cory Lavender Cory Lavender 5’10” | 170 lbs | DB Mater Dei | 2026 State CA picked up offers from Missouri and Marshall last Wednesday.
Lavender had 18 tackles and two pass deflections after a good freshman season where he had a 70-yard pick six against Santa Margarita.
Marshall was the 26th school to offer Lavender.
Centennial (Corona) class of 2025 quarterback Husan Longstreet Husan Longstreet 6’0″ | 185 lbs | QB Centennial | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to Texas A&M on Sunday.
Longstreet complated 67 percent of his passes for 3,013 yards with 24 touchdowns and six interceptions. He ran for 645 yards on 85 carries with seven touchdowns.
He was outstanding at the Elite 11 Regional in Los Angeles last month and was the only quarterback to earn an invite to the finals in the summer.
Longstreet chose Texas A&M over 30 schools that offered him including Auburn who he visited recently. He is the first player from California in Texas A&M’s 2025 recruiting class.
Burbank class of 2026 athlete Elijah Pendleton Elijah Pendleton 5’9″ | 160 lbs | ATH Crespi | 2026 State CA was offered by Cal and Syracuse last week.
Pendleton caught 16 passes for 334 yards with five touchdowns for Crespi last season. Defensively he had 67 tackles, two sacks, an interception and a forced fumble.
He has since transferred to Burbank. Syracuse was the eighth school to offer Pendleton.
