Felix Auger
Felix Auger
Felix Auger was very impressive at the showcase, as he dominated every rep he got. Auger is a very explosive runner and was able to show that off at the camp as he frequently used his speed to blow past a defender. But speed is not the only thing that’s impressive about Felix. His footwork stands out, especially at the speed at which he was running. Watching him go fast and stop on a dime, then switch directions, made him a very tough receiver to guard. His hands were also consistent, which you need from a wide receiver. He would go out and reach for the ball, avoiding body catches. In my opinion, I feel Felix Auger can dominate at the next level if you use him in the slot position.
Leo Palmieri Leo Palmieri 6’3″ | 185 lbs | WR Robert F Hall Catholic Secondary School | 2025 CAD was very impressive to watch when at the camp. When watching him, you could see that there was a lot of raw talent that he could still tap into. Leo was very fast and could accelerate with very little space. Watching him run routes was fun, as he would often create large gaps between him and the DB by just using his speed. Leo was very consistent in reaching out and grabbing the ball instead of letting the ball come to him, which allowed him to get a lot of 50/50 balls when he did have a DB near him. If I were a school looking for a large and fast receiver who has a lot of raw talent, Leo Palmieri Leo Palmieri 6’3″ | 185 lbs | WR Robert F Hall Catholic Secondary School | 2025 CAD is your guy.
Logan Couto
Logan Couto
Logan Couto had a great day at the camp. He was able to show off his speed and agility, which is definitely his strong suit. He beat a lot of LBs and DBs in the 1 on 1 drills that really impressed me. Logan was also able to show off his hands which a lot of running backs do not have. After the camp, I also took a look at his film and his ability to make tacklers miss stood out to me. At 5’11” and 170-pounds he is someone you definitely want to keep your eyes on.
Carter Gooden might have been the best prospect at the camp. His ability to dominate an offence was unbelievable. He will not only bully you with his 6’4″ and 220-pound bull rush, but he will also be able to beat you with techniques such as the rip or swim move. Carter Gooden has received 2 D1 offers (Syracuse and UMass) while still attending a Canadian high school. Carter Gooden is up next!
