The QB competition was highly competitive with a solid group of QBs from the 2025-27 class in attendance. Below are the 5 the stood out the most in my observation.
The 2025 Toombs County QB is one of the guys that is already all over the radars of many college programs and was selected Top by the staff. Good size at 6’2.5 210 and physically stood among the competition on Saturday. Showed his athleticism in the metrics putting up one of the top broad jumps on the day among all campers at 10’2. Won the long ball competition with a 68 yard toss. Displayed great footwork and not only could he make the long throws but had great timing on the short routes. The All State QB has offers from Bucknell, Cornell, UT Martin, Central Michigan, and Charleston Southern.
The Creekview rising Senior can spin it and was named by the coaches as Top 3. The dual threat QB is coming off a great Junior campaign where he accounted for over 2700 yards and scored 29 total TDs. Solid build guy that shows good footwork and poise in the pocket, definitely one of the most polished of the group yesterday. Has good touch on the long over the shoulder passes and good timing on the short routes. He didn’t get to show it yesterday but he has the wheels to extend plays with his legs on the field. We think he is a QB at the next level but this guy could fit several roles on a college team.

The Gainesville rising Sophomore was my personal favorite. Award Top 3 by the coaching staff. I was surprised to learn he was only 5’11 180, he carries himself much taller. Showed good foot work in the pocket and showed one the tightest spirals at the camp. Has an absolute cannon for an arm. He came up just a few feet short on the long ball competition after throwing a “duck” about 67 yards. Athletic guy that is constantly in the 9’5 range on the broad jump and has a 30 inch VJ. This kid has future star written all over him and plays for a high school program known for developing talent.
I was real impressed with this 2027 QB out of Creekview. Good size at 6’0 175 and tested well in the metric categories. Throws a tight spiral with good arm strength. Poised in the pocket and carries himself well off the field. A 5 sport guy at Creekview and is an active 7v7 QB in the offseason as well. He has another year to develop at Creekview as he waits his turn behind Austin Guest Austin Guest 5'11" | 185 lbs | QB Creekview | 2025 State GA but he is definitely on my radar going forward.
The rising Sophomore at Benedictine showed some flashes Saturday on why the coaching staff is so high on this young QB. Good size at 6’1 190 with a solid base. Showed good touch on the long passes and gets the ball out of his hands quickly. Big time potential and plays at one of top programs in the State and will be a name we hear a lot about over the next 3 years.
