AJ Rahal AJ Rahal AJ Rahal 6'1" | 210 lbs | QB Mount Vernon | 2027 State GA was honestly the one who caught my eye the quickest. He’s not the biggest of quarterbacks yet has a stout build. The left out of Riverwood made a statement Saturday in Atlanta putting on display a complete arm talent. His zip of the ball and the velocity that comes with it was impressive alone. He has a quick release and shows to be very accurate no matter the angle of the throw. HE was very impressive.

Rahal is an explosive, stout QB prospect built from the ground up. He generates plenty of rotational power from his hips and pairs it with a quick, compact arm action, resulting in the ball jumping out of his hand. He is a drive ball thrower who can zip it into tight windows. He threw the best fastball of the group and heads into his junior season with starting experience under his belt.”

Physically, Rahal was the most impressive QB at the showcase and one of the best overall at the event. The Savannah, Georgia native certainly passes the eye test with his muscular frame and a strong arm at 5-foot-10 and 190-pounds. He possesses a quick release, allowing him to get the ball out quickly and efficiently in the short and intermediate passing game. As he adds more touch to his deep ball, he will continue to grow as a passer. He has the arm to make any throw on the field, and he proved so during camp.
