They have three age groups but we will be seeing the 15U group at the Pennsylvania Classic tomorrow and Sunday. I won’t be on the 7v7 field but I wanted to show some of my NY guys some love and there will be plenty of coverage on what looks to be a highly competitive 15u bracket. A preview of some of the talented prospects Kingdom Way Boyz bringing.
Jayden Hines
Jayden Hines
Hines has been one of the top performers for the Kingdom Way Boyz in previous tournaments and the Newburgh ATH is a smooth route runner who has consistent hands. His 7v7 clips on social media showcase a player who can catch the ball away from his body and has solid concentration and the ability to bring down contested balls. When you throw on some of his game tape you see the change of direction skills and and explosive movements that will make him a big time threat to make some plays this weekend.
Tristan Robinson
Tristan Robinson
There is limited film on Robinson but there is a lot of stuff on twitter of workouts and even some game film and Robinson will be a guy to watch for in the 15u bracket. 2027 grad with a good frame already at 6′ showcases high-level ball tracking down the field and the ability to make touch-contested catches down the field. A lot of vertical routes in the clips I watched so would love to see some more short area and intermediate work this weekend. Those ball skills translate to the defensive side of the ball as well. A solid two-way prospect to watch out for.
Anthony Daniels
Anthony Daniels
Daniels out of Arlington in New York his limited film but has tons of 7v7 work on his social media. Originally a player on the 14u roster he will move up and play with the 15u this weekend and we are excited to see how he handles the older group. Daniels is a really good route runner in the short area of the field. He has good change of direction and shows the ability to use his quickness to create separation. Also, has a really good feel for sitting down in open zones and finding the space against underneath zones.
Caron Hannans
Caron Hannans
Hannans is one of the top WR prospects on this squad and he is about as twitched up and quick as they come. A talented route runner because of his athleticism and burst out of cuts Hannans also has a big catch radius for his size. Hannans is one of the most athletic players on the team and will be a threat all over the field. His athleticism translates to DB where his foot speed and ball skills put him in position to make plays consistently.
Cordell Barrow
Cordell Barrow
Barrow has some legit film from this fall and the WR prospect out of Hillhouse in Connecticut is a smooth route runner who can create separation with athleticism. You see that athleticism on tape both on special teams and defensively. Barrow is a dangerous player with the ball in his hands and could be one of the most impactful players in the 15u bracket.
Giovanni Bowley
Giovanni Bowley
Bowley has some intriguing freshman film where he played primarily in the slot. He shows good quickness and change of direction skills with the ability to catch the ball away from his body. His best trait is his awareness, instincts, and ability to work along the sidelines and get his feet in bounds. When plays break down Bowley was a consistent target for Beacon and those are skills that translate directly to the 7v7 field.
