He's quick and twitchy and then has the ability to track the ball over his shoulder when he creates separation. He's a bit raw off the line and will need some work in the blocking game as he gets older, but his overall raw talent is clear as day. He got some work in with Varsity catching 16 passes for 288 yards and his first TD, but that should be the tip of the iceberg for the young stud.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["923723"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"The future is bright in Hanover Central with Layman beginning to take shape and develop in real time. He's got that big frame you want from a versatile athlete. He's thick, he's able to play in the trenches, and then has the athletic ability to be on the outside. This past season he got most of his action on the offensive side carrying the rock. He's a tough runner who is hard to bring down in short yardage situations. He also had a handful of tackles on defense, but his primary role was on offense. Either way, his future is bright and he's a prime target to really take off over the next couple of years.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["1128491"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"After the freshman season Welker just put up, he's absolutely deserving of the eyes he gets. He's big, physical, and is a ball-hawk. He doesn't take much time to diagnose what he's seeing in front of him. He's a bit ahead of schedule with his weight room development so he's able to break free from blocks and make the tackle when the ball comes his way. If not, he'll run them down and make the play. 90 tackles, 6 TFLs, 2 sacks, an interception, and 3 forced fumbles round out his first year on Varsity.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["1007050"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Hurley may have one of my favorite u0022Welcome To Varsityu0022 moments I've seen in quite a long time. His first career Varsity reception was a deep shot where he caught the ball through traffic, stayed up, and turned on the jets for a 70-yard TD reception. He finished that game with 7 catches, 160 yards, and 3 TDs. He did nothing but continue to improve throughout the season and with his frame and size, there's no telling where he could end up. He's incredibly nimble and versatile so he's a prime candidate to blow up in the coming years.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["1172865"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"I love the fact that McNeil got Varsity reps in 3 different positions last year and looked good in all of them. The majority of his play time was on the defensive side of the ball where he was a starting LB. He's thick and does a good job maintaining balance when he makes contact. He drives with his legs and does a good job using leverage where he can. He's able to wrap up in open space as well. 45 tackles, 3 TFLs, 2 sacks, a pass deflected, and a forced fumble is what he accomplished as a freshman.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6622a5cbb8b86"} /-->
