1. T’Andre Waverly T’Andre Waverly 6'4" | 225 lbs | TE Kamiak | 2025 State WA 6-4 225 25′ TE Kamiak OFFERS (20) Michigan, Florida St, Oregon, Washington, Texas A/M
The offers speak for themselves, and you can’t teach the size and speed. Waverly’s 10.6 100-meter time and overall versatility put him in a special category. The 4* is one of the most recruited kids in America at his position.
2. Demetri Manning Demetri Manning 6'7" | 340 lbs | OL Bellevue | 2025 State WA 6-7 340 25′ T Bellevue WA OFFERS (15) Florida, Florida St, Oregon, Washington, Tennessee
Manning was already listed as one of the top lineman in the country and was recently named the MVP at the All-American Combine in Texas. His overall agility is incredibly unique considering his massive size.
3. Noah Flores Noah Flores 6'4" | 225 lbs | TE Graham Kapowsin | 2025 State WA 6-4 225 25′ TE Graham Kapowsin OFFERS (13) Tennessee, Washington, Arizona, Michigan, Texas A/M
Flores has one of the fastest rising stocks among TE’s in the country. This past season he caught 40 passes for 387 yards and 5 TDs, helping GK to the state title game.
4. Zac Stascausky Zac Stascausky 6'5" | 270 lbs | OL Central Catholic | 2025 State OR 6-5 265 25′ T Central Catholic OR OFFERS (9) UCLA, Arizona St, Arizona, Washington St
Stascausky was an unquestioned 1st team All Mt Hood O lineman, helping the Rams to the state title. Even more impressive was his play against top competition where he was dominant against teams like West Linn and WA state champ Bellevue. He is currently listed among the fastest rising line recruits in the country.
5. Asa Thompson Asa Thompson 6'0" | 180 lbs | ATH Eastside Catholic | 2026 State WA 6-0 175 26′ ATH Eastside Catholic WA OFFERS (6) Washington, Oregon, Oregon St, Ariz St
Expect Thompson to be ranked among the top slot receivers in the country for his class. He went for close to 800 yards and 9 TDs this past season with EC projecting as one of the top teams in the West next year.
6. D’Aryhian Clemons D’Aryhian Clemons 6'0" | 170 lbs | ATH Spanaway Lake | 2025 State WA 6-0 170 25′ ATH Spanaway Lake WA OFFERS (7) Washington, Wash St, Ariz St, Cal, W Virginia
Clemons can play 3-4 different spots at the highest level on either side of the ball. Instinctually he is a phenomenal defender with elite closing speed but may end up being too good on offense.
7. Willi Wascher Willi Wascher 6'3" | 290 lbs | OL Bellevue | 2025 State WA 6-3 290 25′ C Bellevue WA OFFERS (3) Miami, USC, Nevada
As noted Wascher is one of the fastest rising line prospects in the West. His ability to play multiple spots including the center position adds to his recruiting appeal. He is a 2x state champ and 1st team all-conference OL, and just a winner in every sense of the word.
8. Jayshon Limar Jayshon Limar 6'0" | 190 lbs | RB Lake Stevens | 2025 State WA 6-1 205 25′ RB Lake Stevens WA OFFERS (8) Oregon, Notre Dame, Stanford, Arizona, Arizona St
Everyone is aware of Limar with his 4* brother committing to Oregon. He came back in a big way after missing most of his sophomore year, totaling 1233 rushing & receiving yards and 14 TDs in 9 games. His 7.7 yards per carry, and 18 yards per catch average, help speak to his versatility.
9. Peyton Eveland Peyton Eveland 6'8" | 290 lbs | OL Redmond | 2027 State OR 6-8 290 27′ T Redmond OR
Brother of 2x conference POY Jace Eveland Jace Eveland 6'7" | 300 lbs | OL Redmond | 2025 State OR . The 6-8 freshman started every game at the varsity level and was incredibly fluid for a 14-year-old athlete with his size. If Peyton continues to progress the sky’s the limit for him from a recruiting standpoint.
10. Baron Naone Baron Naone 6'4" | 225 lbs | TE West Linn | 2025 State OR 6-4 235 25′ TE West Linn OFFERS (12) Washington, Arizona St, Tennessee, Oregon St, Cal
The 4* TE had a POY type season on the defensive side of the ball, earning unanimous 1st team all TRL honors. It’s still yet to be determined what side of the ball he will end up on, but he can play at the highest level on either.
11. Jake Normoyle Jake Normoyle 6'4" | 295 lbs | OL West Linn | 2025 State OR 6-4 295 25′ OL West Linn OR OFFERS (1) Oregon St
Normoyle is a 2x 1st team all-conference lineman and someone who should see his recruiting skyrocket this off season. He has thrived as part of FSP up in Seattle. From a recruiting standpoint this is a no brainer for Mid Major D1s on down who haven’t offered yet.
12. Jack Foley Jack Foley 6'4" | 205 lbs | WR Mt View | 2025 State OR 6-4 195 25′ WR Mountain View OR OFFERS (1) Washington St
Foley has a stock which is sky rocketing. Look for him to have a big off season and be a 5A Oregon POY candidate next year. His 42 catches for 728 yards and 17 TD’s helped Mountain View reach the state title game, with him and all everything RB Angel Valenzuela Angel Valenzuela 5'11" | 205 lbs | RB Mountain View | 2026 State OR both returning.
13. Landon Kelsey Landon Kelsey 6'4" | 210 lbs | WR Central Catholic | 2025 State OR 6-4 195 25′ WR Central Catholic OR OFFERS (4) Colorado St, UNLV, Nevada, San Diego St
One of the fastest rising prospects in the West. The 3* WR added numerous offers recently, catching 33 passes for 758 yards and 10 TDs. His 23 yards per catch average spoke to his dominant season for the state champs.
14. Cody Siegner Cody Siegner 6'7" | 230 lbs | TE Crane | 2025 State OR 6-7 230 25′ TE Crane OFFERS (5) Oregon St, Washington St, Boise St
The rodeo champ and all state basketball player can do a little bit of everything. At 6-7 his upside and size speak for itself. There is still a lot yet to be determined playing 1A ball, but you can’t teach what he brings to the table.
15. Austin Simmons Austin Simmons 6'5" | 220 lbs | TE West Albany | 2025 State OR 6-5 220 25′ TE West Albany OFFERS (1) Washington St
One of the fastest rising prospects in the region. Simmons put up some of the best numbers in the West among TE’s, catching 39 passes for 718 yards and 8 TDs. His 18.3 yards per catch average speaks to his ceiling, in combination with his size and versatility (OLB).
16. Ansu Sanoe Ansu Sanoe 6'2" | 210 lbs | RB Lakeridge | 2026 State OR 6-1 220 26′ RB Lakeridge OR OFFERS (13) Georgia, Tennessee, Oregon, Miami, Texas A/M
The offers speak for themselves. Sanoe had decent numbers rushing for 661 yards and 8 TDs, while averaging 6 yards per carry. A lot will be expected out of the 4* back next season, especially with all of the national recognition.
17. Rasean Jones Rasean Jones 6'2" | 195 lbs | WR Baker | 2026 State OR 6-2 195 26′ WR Baker OR
The elite sophomore had 70 catches for 942 yards and 11 TDs during the regular season, finishing 1st and 2nd overall at the 4A level in receiving yards and touchdowns. Jones has 4* potential and will likely blow up this off season.
18. Nolan Keeney Nolan Keeney 6'4" | 205 lbs | QB Tualatin | 2025 State OR 6-4 215 25′ QB Tualatin OR OFFERS (4) Houston, Nevada, Montana St, Montana
Probably the fastest rising prospect in Oregon at any position. Keeney had an unreal year, passing for 28 TDs/7 INTs and 2460 yards, on 73% passing in just 7 games. His combination of size and overall athleticism was unmatched in the NW, also rushing for 500 yards. He is a legit 6-5 dual-threat QB.
19. Lamarcus Bell Lamarcus Bell 5'11" | 190 lbs | RB Lake Oswego | 2026 State OR 5-10 185 26′ RB Lake Oswego OR OFFERS: Nevada
Watch the film and you can make a case that Bell is the best back in Oregon. His combination of speed and agility is unique, as I would expect his recruitment to skyrocket this off season. On the year the 1st team all-conference RB rushed for 1,116 yards and 11 TDs with zero fumbles.
20. Sione Kaho Sione Kaho 6'2" | 190 lbs | QB Lincoln | 2027 WA 6-2 190 27′ QB Lincoln WA
The freshman is physically gifted and experienced beyond his years. His ability to lead at such a young age is incredibly unique, hitting on 69% of his passes, for 2,296 yards and 18 TDs/7 INTs. From a recruiting standpoint he has one of the highest ceilings of any QB in the country for his class.
21. Andreas Nicolaidis Andreas Nicolaidis 6'4" | 235 lbs | TE Central Catholic | 2026 State OR 6-4 225 26′ TE Central Catholic OFFERS (1) Colorado St
Nicolaidas can be expected to make a significant jump up the rankings board with continued progression. He caught 16 passes for 230 yards and 2 TDs as a sophomore, recently landing his first D1 offer.
22. Markus Fetcho Markus Fetcho 6'6" | 295 lbs | OL Mead | 2025 State WA 6-6 295 25′ T Mead WA
Watch the film as Fetcho will blow up this off season. The 1st team All GSL big man plays with a no-nonsense demeanor, moving surprisingly quick and landing some of the best blocks of any lineman in the region.
23. Jackson Doman Jackson Doman 6'5" | 205 lbs | ATH Canby | 2025 State OR 6-5 205 25′ WR/TE Canby OR OFFERS (1) BYU
Doman was an honorable mention all-conference kid on both sides of the football, but more importantly has the size and overall athleticism to be a big-time recruit with continued progression. From a projection standpoint he has one of the highest ceilings of any player in the region.
24. Braxton Singleton Braxton Singleton 6'2" | 205 lbs | WR North Salem | 2026 State OR 6-2 205 26′ WR North Salem OR
Singleton comes from a talented family and should rank as one of the top two-way athletes on the west coast. His combination of speed and physicality at such a young age is impressive. As a sophomore he caught 13 passes for 375 yards, scoring 7 TDs (5 receiving). He was also listed among the state leaders with 5 INTs (2 pick 6’s) on D.
25. Ryken Moon Ryken Moon 5'11" | 200 lbs | ATH Bellevue | 2025 State WA 5-11 185 25′ ATH Bellevue WA OFFERS (3) Arizona, Nevada, Army
The 1st team all-league OLB could be one of the state’s best on offense next season, teaming with 2026 RB Max Jones Max Jones 5'11" | 200 lbs | RB Bellevue | 2026 State WA . Moon’s 700 all purpose yards and 6 TDs are just a glimpse of his potential.
26. Evan Wusstig Evan Wusstig 6'0" | 175 lbs | ATH West Salem | 2026 State OR 6-0 175 26′ WR West Salem OR
Wusstig had one of the best seasons of any sophomore in the west. He had 8 TDs and 48 total tackles, earning 1st team all-league honors on both sides of the football. He comes from a talented family with his brother playing D1 ball. Look for him to do the same.
27. Baird Gilroy Baird Gilroy 6'5" | 215 lbs | QB West Linn | 2025 State OR 6-5 210 25′ QB West Linn OR
The unanimous 1st team all TRL QB had a breakout season, currently ranked among the top 10 recruits in Oregon for the 2025 class. He passed for over 3000 yards and 33 Total TDs (28 passing), finishing 3rd in the state in yards & TDs. Gilroy will be expected to lead his team to the state title next year.
28. Kolton Matson Kolton Matson 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB Lake Stevens | 2025 State WA 6-2 180 25′ QB Lake Stevens WA
Matson was named the Washington Gatorade Player of the Year and statistically was one of the most impressive QB’s nationwide. On the season the 2x state champ totaled 55 TDs (49 passing) and just 6 INTs. He passed for 3,388 yards while hitting on 68% of his passes. They were absolutely dominant all throughout the playoffs, leaving no doubt in the 31-6 win over Graham-Kapowsin, in the 4A title game.
29. Zhaiel Smith Zhaiel Smith 6'0" | 185 lbs | ATH Central Catholic | 2025 State OR 6-0 185 25′ WR Central Catholic OR OFFERS (2) Arizona St, Grambling
Look for Smith to have a big off season and a monster senior campaign. The Rams spread the ball around and had 6-4 standout transfer Landon Kelsey Landon Kelsey 6'4" | 210 lbs | WR Central Catholic | 2025 State OR dominate at WR. On the year Zhaiel had 20 catches for 297 yards.
30. Josiah Hawkins Josiah Hawkins 5'10" | 160 lbs | ATH Cascade | 2027 State OR 5-10 160 27′ ATH Cascade OR
Hawkins was a 1st team all-conference CB as a freshman, also earning honorable mention accolades at WR. He has elite D1 speed and will need to showcase that over the off season against top regional and national competition
31. Silas Reynolds Silas Reynolds 6'3" | 185 lbs | ATH West Linn | 2026 State OR 6-3 185 26′ WR/WLB West Linn OR
Not a lot of people know about Reynolds yet, but I could see him blowing up next season. He earned honorable mention all-conference honors on D as a sophomore and is one of the fastest players in Oregon. Look for him, Smiley, and Danny Wideman Danny Wideman 5'10" | 175 lbs | ATH West Linn | 2025 State OR to put up some ridiculous numbers next year.
32. Gavin Packer Gavin Packer 5'10" | 175 lbs | WR Skyview | 2025 State WA 5-10 175 26′ WR Skyview WA
Maybe the most exciting player to watch in the NW. Packer is the exception to the rule from a size standpoint, projecting as a division 1 kid. He broke out as a sophomore, racking up 1st team all GSHL accolades. He went for over 1000+ all-purpose yards and 10 TDs as a junior.
33. Peyton Cunningham Peyton Cunningham 6'0" | 180 lbs | ATH North Creek | 2025 State WA 6-0 180 25′ ATH North Creek WA OFFERS (2) Washington St, San Diego St
I could see Cunningham landing numerous additional offers after back-to-back seasons where the film speaks for itself. The 1st team all-league athlete went for 1,053 yards and 11 TDs as a junior, and might be even better on D.
34. Xavier Ahrens Xavier Ahrens 6'2" | 190 lbs | ATH Curtis | 2025 State WA 6-3 205 25′ Safety Curtis WA OFFERS (2) Nevada, Colorado St
I could see the 3* recruit blowing up after earning 1st team all-conference honors in back-to-back years. Ahrens helped take the Curtis program to new heights, while finishing 8-3. He is incredibly versatile and should be considered one of the region’s top defenders as well.
35. Colson Mackey Colson Mackey 6'3" | 180 lbs | WR Richland | 2025 State WA 6-3 185 25′ Richland WA
Mackey is long and super talented. He could very well be the best WR in Washington this coming season. He caught 59 passes for 1,015 yards and 12 TDs last year, earning 1st team all conference honors.
35. Oteko Mwamba Oteko Mwamba 5'9" | 170 lbs | ATH Rainier Beach | 2026 State WA 5-10 170 26′ Rainier Beach WA OFFERS (2) Nevada, Portland St
Mwamba can break your ankles in space and was a human highlight reel for most of the season. His 35 receptions for 973 yards and 11 TDs helped him land his first couple D1 offers
