Colson is a top wideout in the 2025 class and the entire state of Washington. He makes big time catches, having a big vertical so he can out-jump opposing players. He caught over 10 touchdowns last season and could very easily get to the 15 mark next season. Mackey runs precise routes and gets open easily using his frame and speed.

Mackey had a breakout junior season with 1,015 yards on 59 receptions with 12 touchdowns. At 6’3” 185 lbs. he’s a well-rounded athlete with size, speed, and leaping ability. Using his length, he’s a big target that shows great hands and extension to catch balls outside his framework. He does a good job mixing up speeds and setting up his routes to create positional leverage and separation. He’s a strider with deceptive speed to stretch the field vertically and be a deep threat. He shows good ball judgement skills and tracking ability, especially down field and on 50/50 jump balls. He times out his jump and attacks the ball at the high point to make acrobatic catches over the top of defenders. His straight line speed allows him to runaway from defenders once he finds space after the catch. Possesses a lot of tools colleges look for in an outside receiver and should see a bump in recruiting going into his senior year.
