RecruitReady, based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, was on the way to Chicago for a regional 7v7 tournament and made the stop in the Twin Cities for extra work, so we have a bit of North America spice here and prospects from multiple countries highlighted. The Canadians brought the juice, as did the Minnesota-based MN Grind and MN Go Get It, and I left the Minnesota Health Fairview Sports Center with some new names, new evaluations that impressed, and a ton of classes represented in my Top Performers from the event. Let’s check out the top Upperclassmen Standouts from last night below.

RecruitReady
David Amaliri David Amaliri 6'4" | 195 lbs | ATH St Thomas More | 2025 NewE (St. Thomas More, CT) DB. 2025. 6’3, 200 lbs.
The first kid who caught my attention when I pulled up to the event. All of his 6’3, 200 lbs., and passed the eye test with flying colors. Ridiculous wingspan, was flexible, and was able to play press-man on the perimeter or man coverage from the slot, his sheer length intimidated and broke the attention of WRs trying to reel in catches, his hips looked pretty loose, and showed good footwork in coverage. Really well-built DB who spent last year at Clearwater Academy International in Florida, his first season playing football in the United States, which was against some great competition I must add. Tons of upside in his frame and game, and the size and athleticism combination shouted FCS/FBS-worthy without turning on any film.
Brandon Kubay (St. Thomas More, CT) TE. 2025. 6’4, 225 lbs.
Another eye-catcher, thanks in both to his impressive size as well as his bleach blond hair. Kubay was broad-shouldered, possesses a thick lower body, particularly in his thighs and hindquarter, and was a good route runner who could beat press and create separation at multiple points throughout a route. Tracks and plays the ball well in the air, can complete receptions through contact, and some good speed on him. Big body that can move, Kubay also spent last season at Clearwater Academy International in the Sunshine State and currently holds a couple of FCS offers.
Dillano Glaud Dillano Glaud DB Winnipeg (CAI, FL) | 2024 CAN (St. Thomas More, CT) SS/LB. 2025. 6’2, 215 lbs.
The most popular and college-ready prospect at last night’s 7on7 event, Glaud holds 10+ FCS and FBS offer and his build speaks to that fact. Great size, big hindquarters, broad shoulders, thick upper and lower body. Looked good in a backpedal and when changing direction, fluid athlete, coordinated, and played safety at his intimidating size. Impressive in a camp setting, Glaud is even better when the pads come on.
Njita Sinkala Njita Sinkala ATH Winnipeg (St Paul's) | 2024 CAN (Clearwater Academy International, FL) CB. 2025. 5’11, 175 lbs.
Rated as the #1 DB in all of Canada, Sinkala was lightning-quick and sticky in coverage. I wish I got to watch him a bit more, but RecruitReady was stacked with talent and there was a lot to take in.
Minnesota Grind
Jaydn Harris Jaydn Harris 5'11" | 200 lbs | LB Cretin Derham Hall | 2025 State MN (Cretin-Derham Hall) 2025. LB. 5’11, 200 lbs.
Eye-catching upper body and comfortable in ass coverage, CDH junior Harris was an enforcer in the middle of his defense and shoed some loose hips as well.
Connor McPhee Connor McPhee 5'7" | 160 lbs | WR Forest Lake | 2025 MN (Forest Lake) DB. 2025. 5’8, 155 lbs.
Disruptive day for the junior defensive back from Forest Lake. Got out of his breaks quickly, recognized and triggered on the ball well, and broke up a few passes, including in the redzone, for clutch stops for his defense. Good showing in coverage from the Rangers junior.
Jajuan Bobmanuel Jajuan Bobmanuel 5'11" | 180 lbs | ATH St. Paul Johnson | 2025 State MN (St. Paul Johnson) WR/DB. 2025. 6′, 180 lbs.
Good day for the 651 product. Bobmanuel got open against 18U competition, made clutch plays for his offense, and caught two TDs last night for one of the better showings from any pass catcher in attendance.
MN Go Get It
Gaven Dean Gaven Dean 5'11" | 170 lbs | QB Lakeville South | 2025 State MN (Lakeville South) 2025. QB. 5’11, 150 lbs.
The MN Go Get It offense got noticeably better when Dean stepped in at QB, and he’s continued to impress me every time I see him in person, whether padded or unpadded. Big arm that throws a pretty ball that you can’t help but notice even as a casual observer, could stretch the field, and was accurate to all three levels. The kid can sling it!
Bo Bokman Bo Bokman 5'7" | 175 lbs | ATH Lakeville South | 2025 State MN (Lakeville South) 2025. 5’8, 175 lbs.
Bokman, who had some fun and noteworthy junior tape after transferring to Lakeville South for 2023, has a yoked upper body and some noticeable muscle definition for his age. When he got the ball his burst and top-end speed made him nearly untouchable on the turf. Some real pace in his game and he knew hoe to use it, scoring a couple of TDs last night against 18U competition.
