Looking forward to adding some 2025 prospects to our rankings and seeing what prospects will perform over the summer and fall staking their claim to move even further up the rankings. Until those get posted some more articles on 2025 prospects this time featuring some skill position prospects from Quebec.

Sheppard high points the football well and knows how to use his body to box out defenders and use his size to win. Sheppard moves well for a player his size and is one of the most intriguing returning prospects in CEGEP regardless of position.
Out of Collège Lionel-Groulx, Guy-Marie Wagnac Guy-Marie Wagnac 6’1″ | 190 lbs | ATH Lionel-Groulx | 2025 State CAD is a talented DB/ATH who has a long lean frame and on tape showcases the athleticism to compete with the top WRs in CEGEP. Even at 220lbs Kamdem has a loose lower body and the ability to move his hips and lacks the stiffness you wold expect out of a back his size. Xavier Dagenais Xavier Dagenais 5’9″ | 175 lbs | DB Limoilou | 2025 State CAD who is one of the top returning DBs in CEGEP and the Limoilou safety was the league leader in INTs last year. Dagenais shows some versatility often lining up in a slot corner or strong safety position and showcases the ability to play both man and zone coverage while also being a physical tackler coming down hill. Dagenais one of the more complete defensive backs in Quebec and has good ball skills at the catch point and when he plays zone coverage as a deep safety.

Asongwe plays the safety position often in the box and downhill like a linebacker does around the LOS. He uses quickness to evade blocks and does a good job finishing ball carriers around the LOS wrapping up their lower half. Asongwe has closing speed and showcases using that speed to finish ball carriers and also close on the catch point. Asongwe is one of the best downhill safeties in the area.
