Following the release of my top performers/MVPs, here’s my picks for All-Showcase First Team.
Zarionte Howard
Zarionte Howard
In the first place spot on my list is Zarionte Howard, a quarterback at Warren Central High School. Howard impressed me in both warm-up drills and positional drills. In addition to great arm strength, I liked Howard’s footwork, proving he can operate efficiently in the pocket. Howard also impressed with his quick release and pin-point accurate passing.
I am additionally impressed with Caleb Ray Caleb Ray 6’2″ | 285 lbs | OL Bowling Green | 2026 KY , an offensive lineman at Bowling Green High School. After catching my attention with his electric speed early on in the showcase, Ray went on to impress me during linemen drills. At the line of scrimmage, Ray stands out with his physicality and ability to absorb pressure. I also liked how Ray could quickly match his opponent’s physicality.
David Owens
David Owens
Claiming the number three spot on my list is David Owens, a defensive lineman at Russellville High School. Owens impressed me with his well-balanced playstyle and ability to lock down his man at the line of scrimmage. On top of great footwork and execution, Owens showed excellent aggression and physicality, utilizing his height and wingspan to overpower opposing linemen.
Kaden McKnight
Kaden McKnight
Another skilled prospect to keep an eye on is Kaden McKnight, a defensive back at Owensboro High School. McKnight stood out due to his footwork and versatile edge, utilizing his shiftiness down the stretch. Another facet of McKnight’s playstyle I liked was his ability to lock down receivers in coverage during positional drills, using his arms to stun his opponent and contest the pass.
Coming in at number five on my list is Jaxen Smith Jaxen Smith 5’7″ | 150 lbs | RB Bowling Green | 2026 State KY , a running back at Bowling Green High School. What stood out about Smith was his strong footwork and execution from start to finish, proving his quickness on the run and ability to pick up speed. Smith’s toughness and durability also stands out as he proved he can maneuver the pocket with ease and handle defensive contact.
Cayden Hawk
Cayden Hawk

Hawk impressed me with his size, speed and versatility during positional drills, using his physical edge to overpower his opponent in coverage. Hawk also stood out with his solid catching ability as well as his ability to elevate off the ground to haul in completions. Hawk’s footwork and ability to quickly execute also impressed.
